Listen guys, there was a pic underneath, I saw it. He traced the basic shapes of the face then painted over it. It isn't really "cheating" since the majority of the trace is covered up by actual color and is just used as a guide at the beginning. I do it sometimes if I can't get a porportion right but once i start adding color, the trace is gone and the artist must then rely the rest of the time on the subject and making the thing look real. It's not "cheating".

yeah kinda but its actually like guide sketch just to know a basic way of where hes going to do the work so it kinda is cheating because he has it before hand and not during the video but yeah its just like his own little out line of how big to make things in proportion and so on.

Great use of lightning and custom brushes, and I like the way you draw: first the outline in just a few lines, then a bit the colour and shading, then more and more photorealism.
