  • I have been making chicken Piccata for the better part of my life and something that I have found is that a whole chicken makes for a much better taste. You cook your whole chicken then shred all of the meat of the bones then add to your Piccata sauce. Way better then tasteless breast. another observation I have is that when using olive oil is has such a low burn temp. that I dont use olive oil at all. Just use butter, also the chicken stock comes out of your whole chicken 1 less item to buy.

  • @Quillons1 Well for starters i'm a woman and i loved this video. Secondly, i'm to young to be married not to mention if i weren't going to get married in the future id honestly not be to sad about it, i can live on my own and be happy either way really [Not to be to feminine or anything, but just saying]. And lastly i don't hate the video but only some of the disrespectful comments of the video and to Laura whom is a very attractive and talented woman.

    no, shallots are not red onions. BUT red onions are a good substitute for shallots. Shallots are like a cross between red onions and garlic

  • @XoXoNajjuXoXo When your cooking with any type of alcohol the alcohol is cooked off. The only thing that remains is the flavor.

  • as a cook you put too much unnecessary butter especially for those that dont like oily dishes i wont be suprised if your sauce breaks from letting it cook for so long...so for the record im not hating im just giving advice cuz theres other options to thicken the sauce
