@SyphaUno yeah Timb was in this band before Estradasphere, he started it with Mike Patton in 1998, then he branched off to form Estradasphere with former members of Tub Ring. Mike doesn't play live with the band anymore but he still writes all the music.
These guys were an amazing opener for the Oddity Faire. At the show I was at (NYC 3/28/9), everybody seemed to be very into them. Having never heard them before, I certainly was. Love the death cloaks. Sick band.
great video, thanks! saw these guys open for les claypool earlier this year. the jam-band hippies who came for les didn't seem to "get" SC3. i found that amusing.
yea, It's a shame that since Les has joined the "jam" scene that his audiences have been dumbed down by stupid hippies. I have some sc3 recordings from that tour where the audience is mocking the sc3. It's really annoying. These hippies say they're all about music, but wouldn't know good music if it smacked them in the face.
damn...you know, there are good bands they listen to: Bisco, Umphreys, Lotus, etc. They're all amazing in their own right, a lot of it due to their ability to jam and almost be in your mind. It's really a brain fuck...but in a totally different way.
Annoying that they don't like SC3. You do have to be kinda retarded not to.
