  • wtf is this? you didn't even do ONE single rep by yourself.. yes I'll admit that is heavy weight i am not capable of lifting even off the rack but still, what is the point of doing these sets why not just take off some weight and do it well

  • that was my lockout work. 4" a 7" off the chest. I didn't know that somebody is considering this partial movement to be a bench press. BTW. spotter took at least 100 pounds off. Get real man.   • See how white the knuckles were of the spotter? He was deffo lifting some of that weight off. Besides, a spotter isnt supposed to touch the bar unless asked by the presser. He is supposed to keep his hands close to the bar, not hold and grip tight like he did. So to sum up? 220kg's? Errrm, nope :-)

  • If he is doing negative reps on purpose then why is he trying to big himself up on youtube by putting a title of 220kg bench for his video? This is bollox,his spoter is doing half the work for him..If you cant lift the barbell off the rack by yourself and do reps without any help then the weight is to heavy for u and u should not be lifting it, its as simple as that!!
