Wow, this reminds me of the James Taylor performance of this song on "Saturday Night Live" back in 1987 - probably one of the only musical performances I've actually enjoyed on the show.
I've been looking all over Youtube, and while a lot of the versions are quite good, I have to say, the solo is PERFECT in this version... JT would be proud!
This sounds quite nice :) Our choir just got this music last night, and I fell in love. My only issue was that it was really difficult to hear the Soprano line, but when you did, it was gorgeous. Soloist was fantastic as well!
thank you. i do not have the music as it was arranged by our vocal coach. But i'm sure if you look on line you can find different arrangments by searching the title of the song and then trio, quartet, etc. Good luck with your concert.
good luck...we were planning on singing it on our spring show "Kings singers" have the best arrangement of it , but its 6 part harmony and only in a song book "their 25th anni jubalee.
there is a SATB arrangement on sheetmusicplus.for $2.02 per copy.
I wish it were a little more legato though. I think it would've been MUCH better without microphones. Was this for a big "get together"? If you perform it again, try it without microphones, and a little more smooth, otherwise it's great.

Excellent - good work!

The notes here are perfectly fine.
