Sometimes it's hard to take this game seriously. It's immediately agreeable that the English dub sours the fright factor. I found this game pretty frightening because of its disoriented and severely dilapidated landscape and the ongoing soundtrack, and the fact that Kyoya swings rods and such like a sissy. Also you need a lot of patience for this game, like geez.

There was a point where Mina hypnotized (if you will) Risa and that's why Risa was in the nurse's outfit. Shiro thought she was Mina when he strangled Risa. But yeah, Shiro killed Mina before the game started, they believe that they were having an affair and she was pregnant with his kid.

It's not random static actually, it's sight jacking and the player controls them. Basically you can see who is watching you through that persons eyes and use that ability to dictate how to get around. It makes for some fun ass gameplay.

I couldn't stand this game when I played it. I didn't know you could kill enemies later. That's what I didn't like was that the game focused on avoiding enemies.  Fatal Frame is much more enjoyable in that respect.

This graphiks are awsome, realistic good looking and the sounds are just perfect for a horror. I love the fatal frame too i have all parts but forbidden siren is the most scary.

Ok, MIna was pregnant with Shiro's daughter and they were engaged. she had an abortion and he strangled her to death an burried her. that's what the whole was for when you first play him.

Risa, came on the news of the abortion.

Kei was then killed in day 2 by Shiro and he dressed in Kei's clothes. Hence why he is weilding a gun and called Shiro when he dies ^^
