They Used The National Amusements policy trailer For Pokemon The First Movie, Pokemon The Movie 2000, Pokemon 3 The Movie, Digimon The Movie, And Hannibal.
I remember seeing the "OUR FEATURE PRESENTATION" version of the "STARTING FRIDAY" bumper at Moviedome Cinemas in Calgary when I went there to see "Astro Boy" in late 2009.
@sygo7g Well, that's not entirely true. My NA Theatre had that exact same fate, being turned into a Rave, and the films there are still in film print. I saw the "A-Team" and "Inception" there over the summer, and they had the exact same grainy, old-fashioned look that I've always known and loved. Recently however, its been converted to being a part IMAX theatre, but still plays the rest of its films on 35mm print.
I remember the National Amusements policy trailer shown since I was in my late teens every time I went to the movies when it was at the Cross County Mall in Yonkers, NY a long time ago. The National Amusements policy trailer that I remember was shown right before "Independence Day", "Batman & Robin", "Blade", "Meet Joe Black", "Toy Story 2" and others right up to the first and third "Lord of the Rings" film. I missed those days of watching policy trailers from NA. It's still remains a classic.
MediCinema have three cinemas - in London, Glasgow and Newcastle. A fourth is being built in Newport in South Wales, and further MediCinemas are planned for more London hospitals, and Cambridge and Nottingham are also planned.
Where did you find these gems? Do you have any Odeon or Cannon idents from the late 80s to late 90s? More importantly, do you have any duplicates you'd part with? :-)
