My r1 30.06 is great. Shoots 1 1/4" groups at 100 yds. Vortex viper scope. Reliable, never failed with a variety of ammo. Easy strip down for cleaning. I recommend this firearm.

I love the Benelli so much more because there is not a lot of kick and I love the design. I also have a Benelli 12 ga and love it to. I notice that 3/4 of the way through, there was a message that popped up. "NOW WITH A 10 ROUND MAG". No offense, but what joke. I have both R1 30-06 and R1 .300. Cant get a mag for love nor money?? Managed to get one for the 30-06 before the States went anal on shipping international. My local Benelli stockist says it could take 3 months. They have had a barrell for a shot gun on order for 3 years!!! Benelli have been taken over I believe by Bereatta that are running Benelli into the ground.
cuts recoil in half...what a womans gun. gee thanks benelli, do i have to put a tampon in to clean this? Powder the butt? I don't shoot to pamper my shoulder, like everyone else below me i can take a shot. Also, how much acid was the design team on because this thing looks like it came out of the nerf factory. Besides that gun is such a p.o.s. that the groups it shoots would be fatter than my big fucking head...not even worth the money ill stick with a real gun...my red rider.

I've just bought a BENELLi R1 comfortech 300 wm and shot already 18 rounds...she fits so perfect as my right hand...I'm gonna use it for driven hunt even without a scope...
She is SLEEK and BEAUTIFUL...she is my new sweetheart..!

My dad bought a used one of these a few years back, It is the sweetest rifle I have ever seen. The 300 win mag kicks my bolt 260's ass.

The BEST hunting semi made. I wish i had the dough but i'll stick with my bolt actions for now.
Gotta love the caliber options that thing comes with. I loved shooting it in .270 short mag.
