Bad choice of characters for a final boss fight. Shana, Dart and Rose should be out fighting because dart and rose are the strongest ones and Shana has unbelieveable healing powers

@bowserhunter you should play the game! dart ends up losing the red dragoon spirit, and instead of being the red dragoon, obtains the divine dragoon spirit (i believe that's what it's called, forgive me though as i haven't played the game since PS1 was the "big" game console haha)

@bowserhunter Dart's Father took the Red-Eyed Dragoon Spirit back and you fought a boss battle against Lloyd and won the Divine Dragoon Spirit and made Dart the original Diving Dragoon. Which Dart was anyway since he slain Divine Dragon with the help of his friends.

wish this was the whole battle from before he rescues shana (i wont be detailed so not to spoil it for anyone), but this is only about half the boss battle, nice nonetheless, but you were just doing insane damage, if youd just played the game, youda ended around lvl 45, and that battle woulda been ALOT tougher.

it depends if the player is going through the story regularly or not though, because mine was able to go to 50 by that time since i over trained for exp and Gold to get the Armor of Legend and Legend Casque...its true what you said though , they should be around that lvl by then...

Rose is my favorite char, plus I found it funny how at the end of the game you get a weapon you would ASSUME goes on dart but instead it goes on rose and I believe is the best weapon in the game. Anyways I just started playing this game again and I love it to death, im going to beat it with Dart Rose and Kongol or Meru.. can't decide... possibly albert but I think i'll try someone new, like meru or something..

u should probably try to balance out ur party albert would be a really good choice, if u would want a freakishly high dmg party u could always go dart, rose, and hatchel

hmm that is a good setup but for someone who specializes in dishing out magic attacks like melbu frahma and faust ud probably need meru who has the best magic defense in the game. Oh and i agree with snookion i also thought the dragon buster was going to dart.

Agreed, I was absolutely shocked when i saw that the buster wasn't going to Dart, but since Rose is one of my Fav's and strongest i didn't mind it.

BTW, I also agree with your idea for a good setup. That's how i usually play it. And it always does wonders for me.

This is arguably one of the greatest games that never got a sequel and perhaps the best PS1 game of all time! I beat the game and got everyone's master additions, but I never collected all the stardust and did not face Magician faust. Could somebody please tell me what happens if all of the stardust is collected and how to find magician Faust? Great characters, superb story, and an addicting battle style makes this one of the greatest games of all time!
