You seem sincere about championing the cause of whites, (like me!), but the race card is not present at least in my own mind. Maybe the despair of black/hispanic prisoners might draw some emotional sympathy feelings to those outside, but it's not much of a race card to me.

Cannabis is criminalized in contrast to the uses of cannabis in say, Jamaica. So higher convictions occur for drugs within populations of ex-pat Jamaicans.

The US National Security State is a bunch of gangsters - they use surveillance, assassination, drugs, vote rigging, and pretty much every underhanded trick in the book. And not just in the US but around the world. Someday it will all come out and historians will look back and show the national security state for what it is - a criminal enterprise that gives Nazi Germany a run for its money.

Governments are the biggest "drug dealers", both legal and illegal. The governments cause the social poverty, segregation, degradation, social unrest etc etc. The man/woman/kids on the streets are all suffering because of bad governmental policies and corruption. Money and power is their drug of choice, and they are high off their tits on it on our behalf.
