I don't think there is any specific meaning to the word "Belekum" in both Ethiopian/Eritrean languages... the only close meaning is the Tigrinya word (spoken in both countries) Belekum which would mean "he told you/ he said to you", where "you" is used in its plural form. I'm not sure how much that is related to your dream, though.
