What exeactly do you do once you become a level 120 Hero?

(Once you reach level 120, you do the master quest which sets you back to 60, and gives you half the normal exp, then once you reach lvl 120 you have to give alot of expensive stuff to a guy to become a hero)

Do you just walk aorund and randomly kill things or go to the arena?
