If it makes you feel any better, I was frustrated with the white pencil that I bought was pretty damn useless, so I decided i was gonna line my lower water-line with Mehron clown white foundation. I don't know how safe it was, and it kinda burned, but it looked fabulous. That's all that matters, right?
