it's a very good analog bass synth. i have one which was modified with the snappy attack mod. one thing that i want to add is that this synth is quite harsh and sharp and sometimes even hard to get a very smooth silky sound out of it.
i think a moog (especially voyager) sounds more silky. but this synth is great for thick hard basslines and sharp leads. you gotta have one!

after you change to osc frequency u gotta press then shift to go back to the preset bank...
SE-1X contains 4 banks full preset and 4 additional banks to save your own.
