Bullshit. He was ALWAYS ahead in number of pledged delegates, superdelegates, and the popular vote. She is only claiming to be ahead in the "popular vote" incl. MI and FL, as he did not campaign in FL or MI, and his name was not on the ballot in MI. No one wants a menopausal bitch, like Hillary, in the White House
Does a VP need to be an American citizen? I know to be PRESIDENT you must be a natural born US citizen but what about for VP? Obama should select his cousin, and confidant,Odinga as a running mate. He has experience in starting ethnic cleansing after a lost election and this would help frighten those remaining voters who haven't been already blackmailed into voting for BHO lest they be called "racist". Obama-Oding '08! Vote for us or we break out machetes!

Barrack Obama is disgusting and vile and I can't believe that any American has bought into his pack of lies and deceptions. You will see. The truth will come out about him. I am proud that Hillary has held her head high throughout this process and has not lowered herself to the type of dirty politics that the Obama camp has used throughout this primary season. Hillary has integrity and is genuine and sincere, the same cannot be said of Mr. Obama.
Is she holding her head high when she says that sexism is a bigger problem than racism while saying that she's the candidate for White America?
How is making the claim of winning the popular vote (while disregarding the results from the caucus states) NOT an example of dirty politics?
How is signing a DNC pledge that agrees to discard the Michigan and Florida votes and then lobbying for them because it was politically convenient "genuine and sincere"?
Well, as a Montanan I voted for Barack and just heard Hillary's speech...as usual...a LIE!!!!! Still touting herself and undecided as to what she will do...hmmm...like she has so MANY options...wish she would just shut her mouth and accept the fact that she isn't wanted here...at all..what a vile evil desperate woman...can't be gracious even now...what a detestable piece of work..incredibly stupid to think we as Americans are as stupid as she is@!
Warning Obama... Hillary has done and said ANYTHING and EVERYTHING she needed to do to clinch the Democratic nomination. She and Bill are sneaky and I would not doubt that with an Obama/Clinton ticket, should Obama win the Presidency and Clinton as VP, she would probably do whatever she could do to have Obama impeached or assassinated to then become the president. I do not trust Hillary because she and Bill have criticized Obama repeadedly. Hill and Bill can't be trusted!!!
WASHINGTON - Barack Obama has clinched the Democratic presidential nomination, becoming the first black candidate to lead a major party into a campaign for the White House. Hillary Rodham Clinton swiftly gravelled at his feet signaling her interest in joining his ticket as running mate. Witnesses say they NEVER seen someone lick boot like that before. Also reported was a fat lady in the corner saying "mi,mi,mi" indicating she's about to sing.
A note to all my friends: if you are an Obama supporter, please, don't be smug about this. It took time, but we're finally here.
If you are a Hillary supporter, please, don't be vindictive. All of this talk of her not being treated fairly, or being unfairly attacked, sexism, etc. is not the reason she lost. Certainly in brief moments this has happened to her as it has to Obama, don't fool yourself into thinking that Obama has stolen this. He out ran, out organized: period.
what is ironic is the whole superdelegate and convoluted apportionment and caucuses were designed by Democratic bigwigs to ensure that they control the selection and that an 'electable' candidate was chosen. But it backfired on the mainstream Democrats and they choose an unknown black man who is friends with terrorists, racist preachers, slumlords, and weird relatives. And is a smoker and former drug abuser to boot. In a year that a puppet coulda won they choose BHO! Do they WANT to lose?
once again Republican strategists are proving smarter. Many of the disaffected Democrats are either older, white women or "working class" white males. Both of whom will be more likely to vote for McCain who either is "like them" and has voted on their issues. Especially when the Democratic candidate has written badly about "whitey" and claims that people in middle-America are "bitter" if they like guns or religion.
Reality: Many "white" people were not willing to vote for any black person, period. So it would be foolish, IMHO, base a coalition solely around "working class white people".
I guess America will have to put up with these republican fantasies for another 6 months. However I'll point out a real fact for you Sen. John McCain is directly linked to funding Osama Bin Laden through his economic advisor. This gentleman BLOCKED legislation which would have enabled America to track and stop the funding of Al Qaeda. And the bank he represented is still acting as a funding conduit to terrorists.
You're a hack and only convince yourself that these twisted truths are a reality. Discourse requires we take the thorough approach to our analysis, but I couldn't possibly address all the madness, anger, and self-deception in your statements in 400 characters.
So, I'll simply charge you as I would any American to do their own research to find reality, and I'll hope that they use a more mature and discerning mind when they comb through the mess to understand Barack and John.
It would be nice if Clinton acknowledged the mathematical impossibility of her position. It would be even nicer to see her aggressively working to repair the schisms that have been opened in the Democratic party. Her supporters will mirror her reaction. If her support of Obama is tepid and unfelt, then so will her supporters'. Obama will need the people that have been excited by Clinton's campaign to win vs. the massive Republican voter disenfranchisement campaign supporting McCain.

I'm a Clinton supporter...I'm can't find it in myself to vote for Obama...:0( Nothing against him, but in McCain I know what I'm likely to get according to his record. I'm a little old school and frankly Obama just sound "TO GOOD TOO BE TRUE"!!!
You're not voting for Obama cause he sounds too good to be true? Wow. Thanks for sharing those deep concerns with us. To be completely blunt here, I find it hard to take HRC supporters seriously anymore.
I don't understand why someone who supported Hillary Clinton before would then support McCain. Is party affiliation really that fickle that it depends only on the cult of personality?
I will just say this. Obama has shown intellectual curiosity and the ability to gather the best people and to listen to their advice and turn it into successful policy and strategy. He's been a successful leader in his campaign and on policy he's almost always right and influences public opinion. On gas tax, GI bill, Iraq, diplomacy he has McCain beat. Obama counts former Fed chairman Volcker among his advisers and he has been endorsed by 3 SEC chairmen and 2 Noble Prize winners in economics.
He is the best man to turn the economy around and get us out of Iraq and heal foreign relations. McCain is no alternative, he's a puppet, a flip-flopper, an opportunist. Obama is a visionary, an intellectual, a leader. You think you know what you will get with McCain? Think again! Obama sounds too good to be true? Watch this space, cause it's going to happen. And it's going to happen soon.
