I'm just wondering what makes everyone so sure? I did some research. Rev Moon DOES HAVE a lot of businesses, but that doesn't mark him as the target of aggression. What really riles people is the fact that he calls himself the second messiah, and people believe him. But whose choice but the one believing is it to believe that?

Well, I simply studied the Divine Principle, which, as you know, is the teaching of Rev Moon. I found these things there in context. And these things make sense, as opposed to other teachings. And you can find many more things there, that are pretty important.
To have this trust in God was their portion of responsibility. Without human being fulfilling that kind of responsibility the ideal of creation cannot come about, no matter how much effort God makes.
And God could not interfere into the fall of man, because he could not violate human responsibity without abandoning the purpose of creation.
Actually, when Adam and Eve were seduced by the Archangel, they were NOT ignorant. They knew clearly that God had told them not to do it, otherwise they would die. They were NOT stupid kids, they were around 16 of age. They simply were asked to trust God, but they did NOT.
God created this physical world with certain limitations for us, certain difficulties, like for example the pain in childbirth, the unability to fly, etc.
You may ask why he did not make it easier for us.
My explanation is, that those difficulties are for us to be able to grow in love. Because this development of love is so important for our life in spiritual world.
God has created everything out of love and for the purpose of love.
God surely had his reasons to create the physcial world just as it is. The only thing in this world that is not perfect, is the character of human beings. And God works to save mankind out of this state of spiritual death.
And do not forget that this physical world is just a shadow of the spiritual world, which is our REAL home.
And God did not create mankind to have robots, or some toy. He could have stopped after the creation of the animals, if thats waht he wanted. Or He could have forgotten about creation alltogether.
But God wanted counterparts in the realm of love, who could inherit His heart and relate with him in love and trust. And God wanted mankind to reach this level out of free will, not by force. Even God cannot force someone to love Him. Impossible even for God.
Well, if you think you could do better than God, thats up to you. Look at all the creation, at all its perfection. Do you really think you could do better than God?
In all of history God was always limited by the free will of human beings. He could never interfere in this without giving up the purpose of creation. It is human beings' responsibility to develop their divine potential, not God's. If God would interfere, we would be robots.
God is not accusing anyone. Indeed almost all historical figures failed. Jesus did not fail, but because of John the Baptists failure the whole nation of Israel failed to recognize Jesus. Israel failed.
Well, my friend, do not forget that God is the one who suffers the most in all of history. Since the fall of man he was a miserable and not a glorious God. He was the most miserable of all.
I would not base all my insights on the old testament. At that time God was know as the one who throws the hammer. At that time they could not have understood much more then eye for eye and teeth for teeth.
We are now living in a time where God has revealed His real heart. Already Jesus spoke of Jesus as the loving father. Rev Moon revealed even much more about the love of God.

Although the movement of Rev Moon is not perfect and goes through many struggles, still it is working for saving this world. Thats the main point. The members of this movement are not perfect, but they make effort to inherit the love of God. Isnt that quite something?
So God made humans and angels. He gave them both the capacity to feel jelousy. But he didn't want angels as his children, just servents. One angel gets jealous and seduces the young immature humans who don't know any better. Now his plan messed up.... he does all these weird things to try to fix it like flood the earth and send figures to make offerings like cutting animals in half. I don't know.... but God seems very.......... lame.... and doesn't have logical problem solving skills.
The people in Rev Moon's movement are not perfect, they have their cultural baggage and often go through difficult circumstances for the sake of saving the world from spiritual death.
It does not surprise me that you saw some not so nice things, or experienced them. That might have desillusioned you, because there is so much talk about the ideal and the reality is often not ideal.

Well, he is not dead. He lives in spiritual world and at the same time supports the providence of God on earth. He is always with Rev Moon. I would not call that "dead", but very much alive, although not in a physical body.

Well, I simply studied the Divine Principle, which, as you know, is the teaching of Rev Moon. I found these things there in context. And these things make sense, as opposed to other teachings. And you can find many more things there, that are pretty important.

To have this trust in God was their portion of responsibility. Without human being fulfilling that kind of responsibility the ideal of creation cannot come about, no matter how much effort God makes.
And God could not interfere into the fall of man, because he could not violate human responsibity without abandoning the purpose of creation.

Actually, when Adam and Eve were seduced by the Archangel, they were NOT ignorant. They knew clearly that God had told them not to do it, otherwise they would die. They were NOT stupid kids, they were around 16 of age. They simply were asked to trust God, but they did NOT.

God created this physical world with certain limitations for us, certain difficulties, like for example the pain in childbirth, the unability to fly, etc.
You may ask why he did not make it easier for us.
My explanation is, that those difficulties are for us to be able to grow in love. Because this development of love is so important for our life in spiritual world.

God surely had his reasons to create the physcial world just as it is. The only thing in this world that is not perfect, is the character of human beings. And God works to save mankind out of this state of spiritual death.
And do not forget that this physical world is just a shadow of the spiritual world, which is our REAL home.

And God did not create mankind to have robots, or some toy. He could have stopped after the creation of the animals, if thats waht he wanted. Or He could have forgotten about creation alltogether.
But God wanted counterparts in the realm of love, who could inherit His heart and relate with him in love and trust. And God wanted mankind to reach this level out of free will, not by force. Even God cannot force someone to love Him. Impossible even for God.

In all of history God was always limited by the free will of human beings. He could never interfere in this without giving up the purpose of creation. It is human beings' responsibility to develop their divine potential, not God's. If God would interfere, we would be robots.

God is not accusing anyone. Indeed almost all historical figures failed. Jesus did not fail, but because of John the Baptists failure the whole nation of Israel failed to recognize Jesus. Israel failed.

I would not base all my insights on the old testament. At that time God was know as the one who throws the hammer. At that time they could not have understood much more then eye for eye and teeth for teeth.
We are now living in a time where God has revealed His real heart. Already Jesus spoke of Jesus as the loving father. Rev Moon revealed even much more about the love of God.
So why go back to the old testament? Makes no sense.

Look at other movements. They have no hope, no vision, and do not know waht to do.
Even Christianity is just waiting for something, not knowing waht.
Although the movement of Rev Moon is not perfect and goes through many struggles, still it is working for saving this world. Thats the main point. The members of this movement are not perfect, but they make effort to inherit the love of God. Isnt that quite something?

So God made humans and angels. He gave them both the capacity to feel jelousy. But he didn't want angels as his children, just servents. One angel gets jealous and seduces the young immature humans who don't know any better. Now his plan messed up.... he does all these weird things to try to fix it like flood the earth and send figures to make offerings like cutting animals in half. I don't know.... but God seems very.......... lame.... and doesn't have logical problem solving skills.

The people in Rev Moon's movement are not perfect, they have their cultural baggage and often go through difficult circumstances for the sake of saving the world from spiritual death.
It does not surprise me that you saw some not so nice things, or experienced them. That might have desillusioned you, because there is so much talk about the ideal and the reality is often not ideal.
But do not throw the baby out with the bathwater. At least this movement strives for world salvation.

God gave you the free will, but also the responsibility NOT to kill.
In the same way God gave human beings the free will, but at the same time the responsibility NOT to fall.

Of course there was a reason why people saw Jesus as evil.
The reason is that he came with Gods concepts, Gods way of thinking. And Gods concepts are totally different from the ones of the fallen world.
Jesus tried to bring a new age, and the old age was of course opposing.
And Satan used all his power to destroy the reputation of Jesus, so that he could finally make the people kill him.

Just as John the Baptist started to see Jesus with human eyes, so did Judas, as I see it. It was not Jesus, who did something wrong, but Judas as well as John the Baptist were not able to see who Jesus really was. They simply lost faith. They could not see from Gods viewpoint.

If there had been a good give and take action between Jesus and Judas, if there had been fairness and decency I think Judas would have never betrayed Jesus.

The second coming of Christ is predicted in the bible, and it has to happen because Jesus could not complete his mission due to the disbelief of his own people, whom God had prepared, but who failed nevertheless.
False prophets are around in this world, but does that exclude the real Messiah being on earth?
Satan sent all those false prophets so that the people do not recognize the real one. Same at Jesus' time.

You cannot take everything in the Bible literal. The bible says that the world will know, but that does not necessarily mean in one instant. When Jesus was in Israel, did the whole world know? Not even today everyone has heard about Jesus.
The Messiah must be born on earth, and not come in some supernatural way. God is bound by his own principles. Jesus was born on earth, although the Old Testament predicted his coming from the clouds.
