This ad campaign was sadly one of the reasons the Catera didn't sell. I still think the Catera is better than the old Cimmaron, which was just a gussied up Chevy Cavalier (Cadaver as I call it). That car was terrible.
This was a pretty funny commercial. These were the best lines: "It's a luxury revolution from the ground up" (thats an overstatement, to say the least), "It looks convention in the eye, and then winks" (how, exactly, is it unconventional?), "Who is Lisa Catera?" (that's actually a pretty original joke).
The duck mascot's cute, but I don't imagine we'll ever see him again.
