@StevenSSX1 I just got a Scythe 140mm Kazemaru2 1700 rpm CPU fan and a total of 8 gigs of memory which will allow me to OC a little further.Rex 2.0 is a photo-realistic, hi-definition professional graphics package, weather tool & flight planner for Microsoft Flight Simulator X a must have if your a serious FSX enthusiast hope this helps.
@StevenSSX1 Yeah that machine will do just fine, FSX mainly puts a beating on your CPU rather than the video card thats why a lot of people overclock above 3.0 just make sure you have a good CPU cooler as you will also have to make changes to CPU V core and memory voltage settings as that will raise temperatures a lot.
@venom55520 Not sure what fps was at the time but i usually keep overclocking video card cpu and memory till i get a smooth game,FSX is definately a challenge to fine tune, they really sould use this game for bench marking lol..
@sgtfreako67 no they really shouldn't lol. it's horribly optimized unfortunately :( i skipped this one, still sticking with 2004 until they release 11.
I have UTX Canada and it is a huge improvement!
