  • Did 2 sets of 20 for each side and I'm still sore 2 days later. Definitely did it's job on the obliques. I was doing 200 bicycles with 250 flutterkicks and feeling nothing the next day but these I can feel the tears and tightening of the muscles.

  • This exercise is better described as an alternating jacknife situp.

  • i've got an exercise i call the "wood polisher". i can only do it for about 10 minutes but it ends it a spectacular finale. ;)
