If you ev train a pokemon will the stats you train it in always be more than 400

no, the stats are maxed out. it dosent mean that their stats are going to b over 400. like if train an ambipom at speed its maxed speed can only b in the 300`s maxedout ( not sure the exact number) but yeah u get the point.

To make it faster,you could use the power Bracer,anklet,etc; to quadruple the amount of pokerus,Its amazing
