this way is the really bad way to do it. if you wanna learn how to make renders you need to learn do this by using the pen tool. like i seen some of you say you have a whole bunch of white dots well that's because of this method he showed you. try to find a good video on redering with the pen tool.

maybe you should avoid using drop shadow effect and spread glow further around your picture. this gives a better view to the banners in my opinion. thanks for your effort.
