  • message was good

    video sucked

  • Great to find some people take to the fight to the government...

    WHERE IT DOESN'T F@#$ING MATTER!!

Great job on showing that license plate what freedom is all about... ROFL

  • Well, the license plates are not a right of the people, you are subject to whatever rules and regulations they want. of course not implying any civil rights violations, but its the state of AZ's license plate, and if they want a barcode on it, then so be it. If you wanna destroy government property, so be it. wtf do I care anyways?? Why did I even type this?

  • @RP4409 Put on your tin foil hat and stop using the internet. The government is listening to all internet traffic right now. I get a kick how you think every technology that the government uses means they are out to get you. One day you will ask for the governments help in locating a stolen vehicle or a murder suspect and will be thankful for the technology they use. If you don't break the law then you have nothing to worry about...

  • @VetoTheVideo ....I never claimed they are out to get me...lol

Do you know actually know how helpful they are when requesting help to find your stolen car?

  • @VetoTheVideo I can give you reasons why you are an idiot, but you're not worth it because the point would fall on deaf ears. If you are just an idiot who sits around thinking your government loves you then the only way you will learn is by getting fucked by them. You will cry & scream about being a law abiding citizen, but it won't matter. Ask the Jews, they were merely being relocated. "When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag & carrying the cross. - Sinclair Lewis"

  • @VetoTheVideo why dont you go practice your guitar more and grow some chest hair while your at it jr.

  • @VetoTheVideo Dude this is such liberal crap..nonsense...just like any other liberal, arguing with your guy feeling ugh listen to 4409!

  • there exists a stack of case law six inches thick which says you don't need a license plate at all. Or a driver's license or registration or inspection sticker. Search ticketslayer dot com

  • @cruisyeyes1 calm down there derpy

  • @Highrise408 - They don't need barcodes to read license plates from their vehicles. For a number of years now, police departments around the country have had vehicle-mounted license plate cameras, some capable of photographing plates 360-degrees around the police vehicle. Once photographed, the computer will automatically do a check on the plate and notify the officer of a stolen vehicle, warrants, etc. As disturbing as it is, it's old news.

  • @cruisyeyes1 iqtest.com

Just for fun.....let's see your test results? Bet they won't be suprising.

  • @cruisyeyes1 ....liberal? LOL

Coming from a man who loves big government so much he advocates the bar coding of plates to make sure his lover the "STATE" has the ability to track and tax you easier. Long live the King right?

No problem, they had peasants like you snitching and azz kissing King George during the revolution....so you're nothing new :)

  • A bar code really isn't that cryptic. It's just numbers.. perhaps the same ones on the plate? I don't know but it woudln't seem credible that the police are secretly shotting red lasers to read a license plate when they can just read the plate. Come one 4409 whats up with this one?

  • Population-reducers Ted Turner, Bill Gates & Warren Buffet MUST set examples for people who remain unconvinced and intractable, unmoved and apathetic in regards to voluntary genocide as advocated by Red China's favorite Austrian: Henry Kissinger. Their notable suicides will shine as beacons beckoning kith & kin to follow.

  • @CelestialEmbodiment You're wearing a tin foil hat aren't you?

  • The only good cops out there are the older ones who joined the force before the "hire low IQ only" gig. Be careful with 26 - 30 year old cops out there. Always carry a camera in your car to record if you're pulled over. Be sure to let the cop know you will be recording your session before anything. Bring along a copy of the constitution and local laws regarding being able to record them. You'll be a lot happier on the road.

  • Oh wow, what a crock of shit kind of destitute creeping fraud fail, I'm glad to see you removed that freedom raping cow-tag from your license, in a perfect world we won't need license plates or registration, 100% self-responsible, self-governing, REAL human beings who don't need a propped up father figure to just live their lives freely, with full expression. Keep up the good word, this needs to get to every citizens eye-sockets, fully uninhibited by their lock-safe'd paranoid brain shystems :P

  • that way of 'fixing' things explains a lot about Arizona

  • @927719

PLEASE don't think we're all this idiotic in Arizona. UPC's on the plates have nothing to do with police being able to scan the plate. Defacing a license plate is also completely illegal.

  • @Nyterayven Yeah, but what about when you drive around in the mud until your plate is completely covered? Whoops.

  • I can’t believe people are still getting worked up over this. It’s nothing more than another way to read a license plate. It’s not like the bar code is the only way to read your license plate. Once again 4409 is trying to make an issue out of nothing.

  • There are VERY SERIOUS issues with agencies like the Border Patrol and TSA. The TSA has started new policies which include “more aggressive” pat downs and passengers having to provide much more information in order to get on the plane. But as long as people think stuff like this is an issue, nothing is going to be resolved.

  • 4409 would like you to believe security at airports is nothing more than the government wanting to keep control of you. He thinks we don’t need security because the only criminals are government employees. He’ll tell you there are no terrorists and if there were, they wouldn’t get on airplanes. He believes that any and all terrorist acts are actually the government.

  • I started looking at 4409’s videos because I AM concerned with what agencies like the Border Patrol and TSA are doing. There ARE terrorists in this world and we have to do something to stop them. I thought this guy might be onto something but quickly discovered he’s an idiot who refuses to look at anything objectively. He’s doing more harm than good.

What I’m not going to do is buy into garbage like this.

  • @Highrise408 I do believe they can already do that with Onsnitch -I mean Onstar. I don't know if they can legally, but they sure know how to.

  • This is just plain stupid. 4409 is trying to make something out of nothing. Who cares if there’s a bar code on the license plate? It’s not like the bar code is the only way to read the plate. There’s still the freaking numbers/letters.

Come on, it's just another way to read the plate.

  • @Mikey5406 I agree people think that they have the right to drive but their wrong it's a privilege to drive. My town just put up cams above traffic light me i'm glad so many bad drivers and people running red lights i'm glad their there.

  • @Highrise408 Stand aside? Uhh...the government controls them and writes there checks, not really much they can do.

  • @Highrise408 Police officers have nothing to do with this dumbass. It's the state government. SO FUCK YOU!

  • License plates are made for identification.

  • @Highrise408 thats why i drive a car that doesn't have computer controls.

  • @sabbathcrazy the only thing the code is used for is at the DMV to assign the plate to you it makes it more secure and faster.

  • Wuuuhooo! Buck the system!

  • wow really, what about the huge numbers on the plate itself? are you going to destroy those too! if they run those numbers they will find your information too! what a bunch of dummies!

  • wats the difference in the bar code and the actual number? number has all ur information already

  • @Highrise408 they could do all that off the numbers. They could find out where you live if they knew the right people. ignorance at it's finest.

  • I like that kind of way of "fixing" problems :)

  • cool remove! :)

  • mud could cake on that bar code....OOOOOOO NOOOOOO

unless it has a micro chip to transmit.... maybe a big magnet could fall off a truck and get stuck on it???

Who has the answers to these questions.......

  • @Highrise408

jamming the gas pedal will only happen if you drive a toyota !

  • you could use a license plate frame???

  • Scrape that mark of the beasty boys off!

  • This is one thing that doesn't worry me. License plate scanners recognize the letters on the license plates, not a bar code. If you decoded the bar code it would probably just be the license plate number. I'm guessing it's there to ease sorting/processing the plates and mailing them out. That part of the plate would be covered by a license plate frame anyway.

  • OMG....there really are bar codes on the new license plates. Thanks 4409!! I'm going to go scrape mine off.

  • Comment removed

  • RP4409, why are comments disabled on the video "4409 -- School threatens 4th grader after she refuses pledge"? I had to rate it poor due to that detail. And I lost a bit of respect for you there, despite how glad I was that the video wasn't just a copy/paste from a news broadcast. I encourage you to never disable comments, you got more guts than that, I know you must.

  • who cares about a licance plate frame id take mine off in a heart beat if i did not have to have a front plate

  • The TEXAS new plates have this as well. It's for those new laser cams. Theres a patrol unit driving around parkinglots "Scanning" these bar codes. Its just if you happen to have any old parking tickets so they can boot your car or tow it. So, I would scratch it off to, theres nothing illegal about that :)

  • ChildoftheKorn...Who cares? Is our government doing anything illegal these days? Like hiding where the TARP money went, Geithner or Paulson "forgetting" to pay their taxes? And we could go on and on, couldn't we?

  • Ohh speaking of TARP money--- that major bond dump that got caught in Switzerland was equal to TARP funds. You can check a few months ago. Let me know maybe I can dig it up again.

  • Is scratching the barcode off illegal or anything

  • If they need to identify your car, how is the licence plate number NOT enough?

Haven't you seen people driving around with mangled, dirty, scratched, etc plates and nobody is saying anything to them. Scratch it off, and quit being so paranoid about things that don't matter.

  • The can just point a laser at a distance and read it. This is probably for those "Red Light Cameras".

  • RP I just got new plates in AL and they have bar codes on the bottom. What are they there for?

  • They have them in Idaho too.

  • Has anyone called or tried to find out WHY?

  • Ha! You gotta love these guys:) You go 4409! True to my own heart.

  • The barcode on the license plates are for a infared license plate scanner that cops are using. I live in Atlanta GA. We don't have the barcodes on the license plates yet. In Atlanta, cops just drive on your ass, and type in your license plate number. In the past week, I had atleast 6 cops drive on my ass while checking my license plate number. Govt is desperate for revenue.....I guess.

  • bbnemesis123 ....slam on your brakes then call an injury lawyer :)

  • @RP4409 But make sure you tell the lawyer an animal ran or flew in front of your car which is why you quickly applied your brakes. Otherwise it is called reckless driving. Brake checks are illegal. I did a brake check 3 or 4 times to a cop and than quickly jumped county lines. She flipped her lights when I was in the other county, I flipped her the bird and went on my way.

  • @RP4409 yeah lol, here in virginia if they're behind you they're at fault. but he also says "they will still find a way to blame it on you"

  • @bbnemesis123 actually they dont need a barcode, Atlanta PD and many others have automatic plate readers which look for stolen cars, amber alerts, wanted persons, etc. I mean god forbid the police are allowed to arrest criminals you moron. If you dont like it ride a bike or a horse.

  • @2204Alpha

Yeah but this is a forth amendment violation, they are already assuming that you have done something by reading the plate.

  • @nomoresleep870 How does a police officer in a public place looking with his eyes at a piece of state property affixed to your car violate your rights?

There is plenty of case law on this.

Folks, anywhere a police officer has a right to be, such as driving down a public road, he also has a right to see anything and use it.

The bar codes have nothing to do with cops, they are so the DMV can keep track of them from production to distribution. Cops have plate readers, they dont need a barcode.

  • My RONPAUL license plate also has a barcode

  • WHERE DID YOU GET THIS MUSIC??

  • It's so that if you get raped, robbed, or attacked, and your attacker speeds off in a car, you will no longer have a way of identifying it for sure, only the authorities will be able to do that now.

So when the local hood, regional illuminati leader, or Thug Jackboot takes advantage of you in some way. The cops will be able to cover for them and say "There are lots of cars that look like that, we have no way of knowing which it was, sorry"

    But if they want YOU...

    ...we scanned your plate.

  • YES!! FEAR!!!! FEAR!!!!!!!!

  • Maybe your scared...

  • 0:46-0:52...good idea!!!!

  • The reason: Law Enforcement around the country are shifting to A new type of computer that can scan your or anyone else's "UPC" or license plate information just be driving bye you. They don't have to run your plates and wait for dispatch to tell them your record. The computer mounted inside automatically scans all passing plates, the UPC just make's it easier.

  • Called ANPR cameras. (Automatic Number Plane Recognition) These are already widely used throughout Great Britain. This technology is used in SPECS Speed Cameras which calculate the drivers average speed between fixed camera points and the system automatically generates and issues tickets which are then sent to the car owner. "The SPECS system is so efficient and user friendly that Manchester CTO processed 2,500 offences in 6 man-hours" (Generating around £150000 / $240000 revenue)

  • 0:46 is the best part

  • Can you explain to me what the use of this bar-code is?

And or why it's there in the first place?

I don't understand its purpose or use of it being there.....

  • Come on answer me, please?

  • The Oxford English dictionary answers your question..

Barcode: a code in the form of a set of stripes of varying widths that can be read by a computer, printed on a product and identifying it for stock control.

You/your car are the product being identified for stock control.

  • Well I know how Bar-codes work, I just don't get what the point is to them being on the car. Does it mean you have to buy your licenes plate?

  • @gtamythmaster43 Didnt you always have to buy your license plate? What a dumb question.

  • @2204Alpha What? What where we talking about? I forgot..

  • They don't need barcodes to identify your car automatically by software.

They can now put a camera above the motorway which reads your license plate from a half mile away.

Just like there is face recognition or behavior analyzing software.

Did you think all those thousands of CCTV cameras are monitored by a real human?

  • The rfid chip hidden in the plate will reveal your personal details anyway.

  • There are not RFID's in license plates (in Arizona) yet and I haven't heard any talk of this actually happening in the near future.

And when it does, you can easily hit the right spot on your new plate with a hammer and still have a perfectly readable imaged license plate with no working rfid. Or- you can just keep your old plates..

  • @Phx777guy All Texas inspection stickers have RFID in them. RFID will soon be in license plates, they already are doing this in Europe.

  • Didn't even NOTICE a barcode on my license plate... Well it's paid for so no reason for it to be visible anymore! Thanks for the heads up!

  • :( :( :( :(

  • ATTENTION AMERICANS !

This is OUR country home of the FREE and the BRAVE !

Not the slave masters, Do what ever it takes to tell the task Masters that WE THE PEOPLE will not submit !

    REFUSE ALL CONTROLLING DEVICES!!

WAKE UP PEOPLE this is our land of the FREE !

Our grand children should have the same! And so on

Shall their their children be FREE!

  • Yah we need to keep america free

lets get the anyone who is white land owning males their freedom back, but fuck anyone one who is not!!

ps lets get the slaves back in their place cuz we all know this was the land of the the free even pre-1860s it was free!!!

  • @thepunkhippiedude The slaves are already in their place, they are economic slaves living off the tit of uncle sam. Section 8, public housing, food stamps, HUD housing, all these social programs keeps blacks right where they want them.

If they actually helped the blacks wouldnt need to vote for the same people who give them aid (crumbs from the masters table).

  • Its probably a bar code so china gets paid for makeing them.

  • lol You's Own

  • Barcode license plates will be in use by 2015 as a means of identifying cars. It is assumed that they could have reveal much more information once scanned than a standard license plate which only displayed a six or seven alphanumeric digit combination. It is possible that they could be scanned in the same manner as regular barcodes for use in laser checkout systems. The systems used for this are available on the market right now so this is coming to america

  • Very True And Americans will take it up the ass

  • not this american - nothing goes in my rear and I will go to jail to make sure it doesn't

  • We already do.

  • If the bar code is 'part of the manufacturing process' for 'inventory purposes' why don't they put it on the reverse side? This first bar-coding may have no significance as the numberplate is identification enough but could be part of a sensitisation process.

  • wow,over react much?

Here's a novel idea, maybe the bar codes are for inventory purposes and have ZERO use ones the plates are installed on your car.

  • Oh wow, thanks for giving me the link to that video. I watched it all the way through. DID YOU?

The reason i ask is that it has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the bar code. The license plate scanning maching in that video (or ALPR to be specific) scans the WHOLE PLATE and can distinguish the LETTERS and NUMBERS,thereby rendering a barcode superfluous. Like i said before, the barcode is merely for inventory purposes, the damn computer can READ THE LETTERS AND NUMBERS,why would they need a barcode?

  • you're a pathetic follower. go fuck yourself little buddy!

  • wow. maybe. but what's wrong with their current inventory process? cant they just read the numbers on the plate? hmmm....or they could be part of the dumbing down of america. it certainly seems to be working on you. you;ll probably make up some other excuse when they start bar coding you. but that's crazy that would never happen in america.

  • Listen up tinfoil hat. Have you ever done data entry? Or ever been to a super market? Do they still punch in the individual codes of every item you purchase? Or do they simply scan the barcode? Dont answer, those are rhetorical questions. My point being, the bar codes make inventory and other processes that much easier,so that instead of paying 3 gov't employees to enter plate NUMBERS,we can pay 1 employee to scan in a stack of them. As ive already said, the cop computers already read the plates.

  • listen up, sheep. i'm not going to say what these are for one way or another. what i'm asking is why do they all of the sudden need bar codes. it seems to me, if a cop car camera can read the numbers, then so can the inventory process. so why the bar code? what's the point? i haven't heard, after what, 80 years of license-plate production, they need a new system of tracking their product? just seems a little fishy to me. but that's cause i'm a realist who doesn't trust the government one bit.

  • strapt313, I do not trust the government one bit as well. Our

Republic has been hijacked by a cabal of corrupt corporate leaders and thus is now adrift towards and abyss. God help us.

  • "God help us"

A reminder: God helps those who help themselves. ;)

  • I expect the AZ patrols will be told to be more "firm" with people that "deface" the AZ plate. This is garbage; what's the answer and FACTS to why this is on there? Does it show owner info?

  • Shleton- the bar code is actually part of the manufacturing process, and has nothing to do with the use and display of plates after they are shipped.

That being said, I think blacking over this useless upc is still a good idea.

  • HAHAHA nice

  • Pigs don't even have to enter the info into the computer anymore, they just scan it automatically and BAM! The info shows up in the screen... Expired license, warrant pending, enemy combatant and they stop you.

Or "good servant" and they let you go.

  • It is the Fabian method, slow and steady.

Like pests, they never cease the unending assault against freedom.

  • I bow to you sir.

    ^vv^

    *bow*bow*

  • I don't know how good of a "fix" that would be...considering that license plates are "State" property, and they can get you for destruction of private property, even if you "bought" it or not, THEY still own it. Anything that is "registered" to the State is State property. Just like "your" car. Just like "your" driver's license. Just like "your" Social Security number. They own it all, and as long as you use them, you are considered an employee of the corporation...

  • That says FREEDOM all over it buddy

  • que?

  • Nah... it got scratched when he drove over some shrubs. I saw.

  • LMFAO! How redundant is that? an Identifier on an Identifier! How much did that cost in taxpayer dollars? Probably not much since inmates make those for about $1 a day.. which adds up to about 4 soups : )

  • Do you think there is an rfid chip in that plate?

  • How stupid is that....Isn't that what the numbers are for?

  • There is a barcode on the first one too homie on the top right corner I Imagine they could scan that one too

  • they must think we are all stupid. I can't wait till we get back in charge of our counrty and round up all the traitors and enemies. We gonna have a hootin hanny time with all of them.

  • Hey that's debasing government propety!

Wait, I meant that's dementing basing governmenty!

Wait I meant that's freebasing dumbass lottery!

Wait, I meant it's supposed to be a free country.

Wait I meant it's supposed to be a cree frountry!

Wait, it's really supposed to have a face like Marylyn Monroe and an ass like a teenager!

Wait, I shouldn't just type everything I think.

    4409 FTW R3VOlUTION!

  • I AM NOT A NUMBER

  • lol you are a number, hence your social security number.

  • Yeah! Well, actually your PERSON (law dictionary definition) is a number. YOU are a Human Being.

  • whats the code for?

Here in Mexico have like 2 years already, but I doubt they work

  • I am happy to answer your question mi hermano (o hermana, lo sciento):

In the USA, the bar-codes all read "we make the guns and we buy the drugs". In Mexico the bar codes all read "we make the drugs and we buy the guns".

I hope this answer has been helpful to you.

  • Never give up - never surrender !

    Galaxy Quest.

  • yeah what song is that?

  • It's a remix of Vivaldi's Four Seasons (Spring).

  • Haha that is awesome dude.

  • Man that song is awesome! Is it a remix of Brandenbrug Concerto? I forgot...

  • incrementalism on display.

  • my mac keys stick

    DONE it with my passport

    and took the chip out

  • Hellzyeah, Don't it already with the chip in my passport

too a bit of time to slice thru the plastic but it sure was fun

    hammering that mofo.

DEATH TO THE ILLUMINATI's Self indulgent eco system destroying scumbag ways. All their families too. Spending Blood money, spoilt fucks!!! The Quee is a lizard

  • Just a few seconds in the microwave probably would've done the trick

  • Once you transfer your full owner-ship of your property (i.e. "vehicle") to a corporation (state) in exchange for possession/use-only ("certificate"/title), that corporation has full owner-ship and jurisdiction over that property or "person".

  • you have an insanely loud volume on your videos. Turn it down

  • piscesgutt ....last time I checked you have a volume control button :)

Go into your volume settings and adjust the wave volume....not the master but the wave and that should help you.

  • seems like there are functions I can't find in Vista, that used to be in XP...... Vista sucks.

  • & swallows !

  • I understand the point. But I also understand that having a numbers on a plate, and having a bar code is basically the same thing. Still numbers identifying us all as slaves in the 'registry'.

  • The plate frame law just says that the word ARIZONA has to be completely visible. That's at the top, nothing about the bottom.

  • You'd think cops in whatever state would recognize their own state's tags. I saw on COPS a truck from IN was in Cincy and got stopped in a drug section. The cops bitched him out for being in the area and told him to take the frame off his tag as "we can't tell what state you're from...." WTF? I can't be a cop because of my astigmatism, but I can still tell the difference between ohio and other states' tags.

  • in alot of states now plate frames are illegal. i sense defacing state property charges coming to those who scrap off the bar codes from their plates. Don't get me wrong i would scrap them off too if my plates had one.

  • I have a good question!

Why would a person who didn't know about the1984 possiblity in this care if there was giant bar codes all of a sudden placed onto the plate???

  • what was your good question?

  • Oh?

I wish my question was answered instead of spit upon...it's not very productive. You're hilarious.

    Let me reitterate.

This video clearly said that people would be angry if they did not incrementally place a upc on there in an incremental fashion.

Why would a person who didn't know about the1984 possiblity in this care if there was giant bar codes all of a sudden placed onto the plate???

The argument from the elite already is why would you care unless you were doing something wrong..

  • Sorry ,peace

  • Excellent video, That's the way to deal with these sorts of things, just erase it.

  • Haha how much clearer can they make it. They just view your car as revenue for the government... it is just a product to be bought like a can of soup!

  • i am keeping my plates till they rust off my car......

  • You must live here in ohio. Lord knows they should get rid of steel plates and go back to aluminum and also drop the front one. Then the tags wouldn't rust.

  • yes i am in ohio and the dmv pretty much sucks here. i refuse to buy new plates, refuse personalized plates or anything else they are offering....bar codes are nothing more than a form of control.

  • Cop cars are probably being outfitted with laser scanners to pick up on the UPC in order to ID cars automatically. That way they can dole out tickets like crazy. It's all about getting your money.

  • A plate frame would be easy enough and cover that little bit easy.

  • lol 'fixed'

  • OMG! A bar code on the plates? I'll look and see what's happening in my state. Thanks for the heads up.

  • You can always get a USDOT number to declare a "vehicle" private, non-commercial and not-for-hire.

  • FIRST! haha yea that'll fix em! keep up the good work
