say anything negative towards government or even just asking questions gets you called/labeled CONSPIRACY THEORIST which basically is a nicer way of saying you're crazy.
Thats the reason nobody speaks up anymore they are scared to be called crazy by their peers
How can Levine miss the solution to this and countless other problems? If it was only in medicine that "we the people" have been lied to by the institutions that we have been taught to trust! But we are victims of all sorts of conspiracies.
Fortunately, one stands more evident than all the others. Anybody in high school can understand that the twin towers were demolished and that there was a conspiracy to hide it. Pull the rug under 9/11 and hell breaks lose...
dear americans finish your fucking burger and get your fucking government back...and then order another burger...and a glass of fluorided water plz...
Max put his finger EXACTLY on the problem: bankers make the banking regs. Ditto Pharma for their industry. Ditto for energy companies and energy policy. BTW: wanna take a guess who is behind the "environmentalist" movement opposed to building more oil refineries? If you guessed the energy companies, give yourself a GOLD star. More capacity helps keep oil/gas prices down. You didn't think those "environmentalists" actually wanted to save the Spotted Owl did you?
Has anyone else read the book the only planet of choice? It explains quite clearly why this is happening.
People don't realize that at any time they want, this can all go away (and I'm not talking about suicide). All it takes is for others to agree with them, the problem we have is ORGANIZATION! We don't have any, no one wants to group together - as when they do, they're beaten up - but it's absolutely necessary, vital. People need security WITH freedom, not security OR freedom.
This kind of Revolution typically requires a dynamic leader or set of dynamic leaders with the ability to rally the oppressed. Obama proved that a great percentage of the population is open to eloquent argument and real change. Too bad they got fooled this time around. The Obama voters must be going into depression because of it. It might make it harder now for the real deal, if he or she rises out of the fold. TPTB must really love the O man.
@tryptala - I think this one will reguire the military, here their are a few retired generals that would be willing to clean house if enough ppl wake up and give the word.
This will NOT be solved by a political party or a "new" up and coming politician. They are merely puppets to the system. Our economic systems in place are the problem...the root cause...and it's time to address the root cause if you want REAL solutions.

@tryptala It's ironic that the first thing you learn in Investing is "Diversification" yet our government is allowing Monopolies to gobble up all the competetion, they want us to put all our eggs in one basket then they say "We never saw it comming" they are liars!

Monopolies destroy diversity, opportunity, and ingenuity!
I have two parents who can't handle their beer so I decided not to go that way.
I do admit that I was suicidally depressed for a couple years but once I got out of the Army I was fine. I thought I had some serious mental issues but it turned out that I just have a problem with being ordered around by idiots all day.
I think Dr. Levine alluded to that. The psychological industrial complex is far more inclined to tell the patient that the problem lies with THEM rather than go along with the idea that there is anything wrong and/or dysfunctional with society. In fact doctors are loathe to criticise society at all. The patient therefore suffers from severe cognitive dissonance, and as we all know the standard method for treating those symptoms is to overprescribe antidepressants drugs, e.g. SSRIs.
This is exactly why Bush's Medicare pharmaceutical bill was such a bad idea. On the surface, it's like "Hey, look, we're helping out sick people." But if you really look below the surface, it's, "Hey, we're making BigPharma rich by giving them even more taxpayer money to treat you for diseases you don't really have with drugs that don't really solve the problem (if you actually had a problem)."
Few people can surrender their belief that society must make sense, the fact that the state has lost it's mind is intolerable and thus the evidence is denied.
Lost its moral compass, yes. Lost its understanding of the foundations, yes. Lost its mind, though, I'm not sure of. That depends on what "mind" you determine is running the state. Acknowledging that the mind that's running the state is criminal may be the hardest part, like Dr. Levine says, leading to a populous political catatonia. It's a good theory.
It's the same in canada, look at rick simson, on the use of hemp, check youtube [ the run from the cure] this should open many peoples eyes, the medicial industriy dosen't want a cure !!! the offer treatment.
@PlatinumGordon If all profit goes to execs, then that's bad for the economy. No one likes losing money, however this extravagant living by the elite is unsustainable.
Fact. We the people are getting beat down on all sides. Wars, Economics, Health Care, Phara, whatever, you name it. The people need to take their shit back. We are getting fucked over and out and need to do something. Or we end up the people that laid down and went to fuckin sleep.
"belly button lint smoking"- the sign of a broken society, lol. pass the J. But seriously, I heard theres a syndrome for shy kids now, people need to wake up and get mad.
Important info and there's an increasing resistance to over medication in the public. It's slow to build because the media is owned by them of course but the word is getting out.

When I say the state has lost its' mind, I mean the people who are in the society.
It was meant to read the fact that the society, not state. I apologize for that, it was my fault.
