yeah, dude got a big ass receeding hair line and wantin to get edged up, lol, i think personally all the barbers at this school are pretty good, he left a couple rough edges, the back was dropped too low compared to the fade on the sides, but i've also noticed all these dudes finish a haircut edge up and all in like 12 mins or less, they should defenitely try cleaning up the fade a lil more, a good detailed fade should take at least 15-20 mins, not no seven and a half like shown here

Most hairstylists don't care about that. They get you close to the haircut style intended, but never finish it up.

So it always ends up being a mediocre haircut in the end.

i know, i get what your saying, but that's the problem, my barber always takes 20-25 mins on my head, and it's not cuz he's slow or doesn't know what he's doing, it's cuz he aims for perfection and knows he's getting a good tip if he does a good job, lol, i feel u man, but damn, a fade like this ain't worth no more than ten bucks, personally, i wouldn't charge no more than five, especially if i cut him up in under 8 mins

There were something I noticed on the fade, but being the fact that this is a school, you are expected to make mistakes. Shit, I remember when I didn't know how to fade anybody. The first guy that ever set in my chair wanted a fade, and he sat he damn chair for at least 45mins. I was nervous, but as time went on I was able to get fade down in 20mins. It just takes time. keep your heads up.

you should try using your trimmers to get your guide line the fade it in with masters. the trimmers get a nice skin tight fade thats what i do anyways

I just want you all to know that those gigantic LOUD horrible oster clippers scare the living SHIT out of people. You can get the same effect with Wahl clippers. How about putting those noisy fucking things right next to your ears and trying to stay calm. Also, you could have done that hair cut in like 20 minutes less by not even using those stypid huge red osters. also NEVER use those loud red osters on a child. it will traumatize them. it does look awesome though, good job

nice fade, the part where you skin the sides and then you see the line, adjust the master clipper to the 5th notch(where the clipper blade is extended) run the clipper around the head not to far up, about 1/2 inch, then once that is done use the blending clip go 1/2 inch up. after you do that then with the blending clip set the masters in the inbetween setting and where the 2 half parts meet blend carefully that should work. good luck.
