  • lmafo. im looking foward to joining usmc

  • @surferchick797 agreed

  • Pussy drill sgt. I went thorugh tigerland ft. polk.really acting an ass like this will scare someone.

  • I was questioning what they were doing at first then I realized what they were learning disorder, and chaos, that may exist after an attack on something like an outpost. And how to reorganized after words.

  • Good times!

  • How do they know whose things go back into what bag when they're scattered all over the floor like that?

  • @CarlLikes We/they don't...

  • @CarlLikes Don't look away from your bag.

  • @CarlLikes Everything is stenciled, stamped, labeled with their name, last four and possibly company number. Other wise when stuff like underwear got washed how would you know whats yours?

But of course if its pens and notebooks which it looked like, they were all issued the same items in the same quantity. EX. Everyone should have three pens, two calling cards, etc.

  • BAHAHAHAHAH. HE FLIPPED THE BED BACK OVER. GOD THIS BRINGS ME BACK!!! LOVE IT

  • @JGendron1983 Funny how when you were there it was like "wtf did I get myself into everyday".. but once your done all of these vids make you laugh at the memories!

  • @gammyland Yea you look back on it and your like damn. Those were some pretty good times. I got to do some cool shit. Wouldnt ever do it again though hahahah

  • aaaaaah good times hahahah

  • @facetiousbadger You're right. You are not the enemy. Hey, I think he shoved that guy, or kind of slapped at him. Hard to tell.

  • @2Panzerfaust Bootcamp videos never get old. Wonderful, wonderful memories!

  • what happened to the video of ssft nichols giving the moto speech?

  • OH the days of phase 1 lol How I miss them and hated them all in the same breath....

  • Thank fucking god you only have to go through this hell once.

  • @samusaran115 actually, once you go through it..... you'll wish you could go through it again....

  • I wanted to see what happened after the guy screamed 'uuuuuhhhhh' at 1:55

  • Comment removed

  • why do drill sgt scream at new guys i always wanted to kno

  • @MrEmanuelloko It's to see how much stress they can take. It is a test to make their mind stronger and to weed out the weak. im not a marine or in the millitary yet but this is just what ive herd from my friends who are in the millitary. You have to be both physically and mentaly strong or else you'll never make it. but you have a very good question.

  • @MrEmanuelloko screaming and yelling is part of the training,( so youll learn how to think clearly under preasure and maintain your bearing.... besides in war, thats all youll hear is screaming and yelling) ITS DRILL INSTRUCTOR BY THE WAY! -

  • 1st and 2nd Battalion squad bays are soooooooo big... 3rd Battalion they gotta throw the racks on top of one another cause there's no room lol!

  • Is the Army basic training like this too? Someone please answer.

  • @GladiatorGT not at all

  • @GladiatorGT The have Drill Sergeants, much more pleasent than a mean DI motherfucker.

  • @GladiatorGT yep the unit I got put in had 117 people kicked out of the army

  • @spcwarmachine Damn!!! How many people passed? When was this?

  • @GladiatorGT I went back to AIT on 08 we started out with about 315 or so from january.. I got there in April and there was allready alot gone i think our graduating number was 128, alot didnt get kicked out but just transfered or restarted

  • @GladiatorGT it is like this, that's the point. enforce discipline and makes you work as a team. foundations of the military

  • the sea bag. looks like an ordinary green bag. that was what i thought, until at my brothers graduation from Parris Island he had me carry it to the car. Those things are HEAVY when completely full.

  • Damn, i like the way you train your recruits, i wish the Army had some like you, keep it up SSgt. Nichols

  • LOL i miss those days

  • Screw the opinions... I kinda miss those days...

  • Lol I laugh my ass off everytime the DI comes out the room and knocks down the perfectly made Guide-Arm's bunk

  • @TheDigMeUp me to its absolutly halarious they get so mad for no reason

  • that's the way god wanted his soldier to be trained

  • Wow.... You really hate that platoon, don't you? Did you find contraband that no one admitted to bringing into the barracks? Or something else?

  • assholes

  • this shit is crazy, but it makes men out of it

  • Watch the video read a book on it and no matter what when you actually go through bootcamp it still shocks you and is not 100% of what you thought it would be

  • This is why you should go to college first. In ocs you do not have to go through this Bull sh*t.

  • @kalijasin Not everyone is officer material. Plus, most who enlist are undisciplined ass clowns straight out of high school and need to be abused like this.

  • @LastXdeth but there are a lot who are that do not enlist as officers.

  • @kalijasin Those kinds of peoplethought that going through enlisted ranks was the best path for them. They will be recognized during their time in the Corps for being exceptional and it won't a long time after that they'll finally be reccommended to the enlisted-to-officer programs.

  • @LastXdeth I totally respect that its just its a harder way to go imo because its Less pay, less rank, harder boot camp, etc.

  • @kalijasin Earning a commission is also hard. Harder boot camp? Officers are held to much higher standards than their enlisted counterparts.

  • @LastXdeth You need to watch the videos on here on ocs. OCS is nowhere near as brutal as this.

  • @kalijasin It's completely subjective. Enlisted boot camp places more emphasis on the team as whole and while OCS puts all the responsibility on the individual candidate.

  • @LastXdeth I've seen the videos, so no its not.

  • @kalijasin Well, they have different mindset, so it would be hard to compare recruit training with officer course.

YouTube videos are not good representation of the training experience. Read articles, personal accounts, and especially actually talking to an enlisted recruiter vs. an officer selection officer .

  • @LastXdeth Are you kidding me? OCS is a fucking joke compared to enlisted.

  • @eyesack9 Bullshit, OCS, OCC, and TBI is what Officers go through, LONGER, HARDER, and MORE INTENSE. Get your facts right.

  • @55varian most officer's courses are like 10 weeks dude..

  • @kingmigget Notice how "courses" is plural. So do some basic math and it adds up to much more training than enlisted. And Officer training is not as "brutal" because they don't want the officers, the guys in ultimate charge, BRAIN washed, they need them to still have a very intelligent and WISE mindset, so the only difference is, the Officers don't have DI's dumping sea bags and tossing their racks. Mostly all their is to it.

  • @55varian actually, no. officers only have to go through one of the courses i was talking about. PLC, OCS, or a few others. do some research, Marines aren't brainwashed. i'm not even going to respond with any more of those completely ignorant excuses for responses.

  • @kingmigget Ignorant? Tell that to some of the Marines who told ME that it was brainwashing. They completely destroy you, then completely remake you into the man they want. I'm a HUGE supporter of the Marine Corps, my favourite branch in fact. And I will be in the Marine Corps, but as an Officer. So don't mistake me for some damn hippy who thinks the Marines are just machines. No, they are warriors.

  • @55varian .... just so you know, i'm enlisted in the corps as a contract pfc, UH contract.

  • @kingmigget Well then APPARENTLY there is even MANY different opinions among Marines themselves as well.

  • @55varian all i'm saying is, there is less physical work in any officer's course. it's more running, and more about leadership and the Corps' values and leadership principles and traits, alongside leading marines. why do you think everyone hates green-ass 2nd LTs?

  • @kingmigget i agree with you about the whole brain washing thing cuz i went throught that exact thing and that is exactly what they do. they tare you apart till you are nothing then build you to who they want you to be. its a long and painful process. i was delta company platoon 1069 my sdi was ssgt choate. he was a scout sniper. bad ass dude. but would scare you shitless. you look at him and see no soul and thats what they do to you. but hey deal with it cuz its what we chose to do.

  • @snipereye841 maybe you were weak enough to be somehow brainwashed, but that is the exact opposite of the entire idea of recruit training. i would think that someone who lived it would understand that. sorry you're so weak..

  • @snipereye841 He is not that bad of a guy, I served with him in the Fleet, Semper Fi Marine, and yes, yes he is soul-less I stole it from him a long time ago when little PFC Choate showed up in my platoon. So proud of the Marine he has become, and I hope to be proud of the Marines he made. NOW GO THRASH YOURSELF!!

  • i bet it is vary fun to be a drill instructor and rip that room apart

  • just wondering, when they throw your stuff all around, it seems liek it would get mixed up and youd lose stuff or is that not the case

  • @sk8el3mentfreak you loose it but you bettr find it! hahahaahahahhah

  • @sk8el3mentfreak oh yeah I forgot you better not move on line either so pretty much you better figure it out cause you;re screwed anyway lol

  • i dont tink that will break anybody down the way they are screamming its kind a funny i know that if that fool scream me like that ill be fuking make fun of him

  • @sergiyo619 Yup, you think that until you are actually in that situation.

  • @sergiyo619

    buddy you dont even know....

  • @sergiyo619 well if the screaming doesn't work then they like to get personal, in U.S. Army BCT i had my Drill Sargent threaten me with a knife when no one was around, needless to say i didnt fuck up anymore haha

  • Your the fucking man.. Thats what it takes to make boys to men then to become marines.. I know punks that need this treatment...

  • there funkn stupid because then u come with attitude that they tought u and then ur wife wont like the way u are thats how my nieghbor out to be and his wife is suffering

  • the ending is funny i feel bad for that kid that moved

  • @ 1:00 Lol! OMG

  • "should have joined the army boot camp cause it dont look like ur going to make it"

  • I love how after they're done making the rack they just kick it over

  • damn, i know im going to run extra and do more push ups then anyone.. how can you not laugh at the drill Sgt coming around the corner and flipping that bed.

  • And.... there goes that poor bed again.. haha

  • Comment removed

  • what happened on that last part???

  • @MarkBunoy the DI's just have everyone pull out their boots because they want to.

  • This is some motivating shit right here! Semper Fi!

  • lol when they open those bags and dump all your stuff all over and kick it around, id be worried that id lose somethign essential and get it mixed up with another recruits :/

  • @sk8el3mentfreak

Trust me that happened to every single recruit, and not just one thing, try everything.

  • @gammafirebug1 agreed

I went from spoiled brat to infantry. It helped me alot with self control and all that shit.

  • I AM OBLIGATED TO SUBCRIBE TO HIS VIDEO'S NOW

  • @garry2301 Poor Garry, loses every argument so has to remove his comments. Quite the coward.

  • fuck thaaat

  • @MrMeollo You're WEAK

  • @gammafirebug1 I agree. Every high school graduate regardless of gender, race, etc should be required to be conscripted into service at 1/2 pay for two years. If they choose to serve beyond that, they can start receiving full pay. In fact we should adopt a new law which states that only those who served their mandatory two years should be allowed to vote. Yes, I got the idea from Starship Troopers however when you think of it, that idea is very sound. Only those who served deserve that right.

  • @Experiment632 I disagree you should join if you want to because you want to not because you have to not everyone is cut out for military and besides America is about choice and freedom to do what you want for your future but I do agree with you about how only those who have served should only be able to vote

  • Boot Camp in all services should be made longer, tougher, and even permit wall-to-wall counceling for even the smallest infractions. We are at war with an enemy with no regards to the Geneva Conventions and will not hesitate to use torture on captured soldiers. So the Drill Instructors should have their hands untied and be permitted to utilize wall-to-wall counceling as a tool in preparing recruits for the real world. If this causes less people to want to join, then bring back the draft.

  • @cellardoor199991 Dude, cmon, what good does it do to call him names? He is supporting his beliefs, and that's fine.

  • @Zlouie123 Yeah I guess calling names just puts me down to his level. I'm better and more mature than that. There's some people out there who just can't evolve. Doesn't effect me, so I should disregard. Good comment. Have a nice day.

  • @kruegerk55 Thank you very much. Smart and to the point. Hopefully that might actually sink in to his brain. Have a nice day.

  • @brown8807 WoW!! Sounds like you're the one being a pussy. You're the one crying not me. I'm actually a veteran rescue swimmer who trained with Marines. Difference is I'm not institutionalized and brainwashed like you. I don't give a fuck if you were a D.I. If people want to volunteer and prepare themselves for war. that's fine. That's what I did. I volunteered and did my part. Yet I'm smart enough to respect others who don't. I'm not stupid enough to say EVERYBODY should do this.

  • You might learn something about the realities of life once you grow up, open your eyes, and pull your head out of your ass. It's sad when a 26 yr. old, rescue swimmer, college educated, well-adjusted person has to educate a naive, old fuck up like you. Also, read what kruegerk55227 wrote he's right. If u learned anything from therapy, you'd know that. There's plenty of Marines who never went to war and contracted major problems. It wasn't for them. There's nothing wrong w/ that.

  • ohhhh.my beloved corps...

  • @gammafirebug1 im 20 years old and i agree with you 200% what really bothers me is that i can't join the marine corps due to a felony assualt on my record that was youthful offended when i was 17 but theirs a guy i know who sexually molested his kid and join the marine corps prior to those charged but i guess the military can't interfere with family court...sick huh???

  • @11xForces Depending on what kind of charge it is, you can get a waiver that will allow you to serve.. If the maries won't try, try talking to an army recruiter. I had to get a special waiver to enlist myself..

  • @cellardoor199991 Nope not brainwashed, just not going to argue with an idiot....

  • @gammafirebug1 Nice try. You're probably institutionalized, too, like so many other vets. Glad I didn't turn out like that. I'm actually capable of using my brain.

  • @cellardoor199991 you are a raging dumbass.....

  • @gammafirebug1 LOL! nice comeback. You're sad, man. You're brainwashed

  • Damn. These gangster idiots in my school need to go through this shit. I agree with gammafirebug1, except that it shouldn't be ALL high school students; it should be those who are idiots, those who think they're cool by sagging their pants, those who like to get into fights, and those with an attitude without patience.

  • Comment removed

  • @StrangerYouKnow Nooooo, I mean that those idiots should go through training like this in order to be disciplined, not be in the military. Why in the hell would anyone want that?? -insert confused smiley-

  • @dtbjjrb I see. Yeah. That should happen.

  • @dtbjjrb I'd say that everyone should, it shows the disiplinded from the idiots. Makes better soldiers too. I have a Aire Force ROTC... with i had a Marine, then i would have joined

  • @dtbjjrb Er... that sounds a lot like me, and tbh.. I've been thinking about joining the Marine and im currently 17 years of age

  • I understood nothing in this video.. Just bunch of yelling O.O

  • What the fuck are the instructors' problems man they are freakin retarded as fuck yelling for no god dam fucking reason

  • @tyfong14 do you know what your talking about?

  • "You should've Joined a Freaking Army Boot Camp" - Classic

  • @gammafirebug1 haha i'm scared as hell after watching this but i leave for basic in 3 mouths USMC infantry

  • @nyhm101prog8 just to let you know it's not basic it's boot camp basic is the army common mistake

  • why are they doing this?

  • @1Mafioso4 They do this to break you. They let you know that you no longer control yourself, but you absolutely MUST follow each order enthusiastically and without hesitation. You hesitate, you die. This continues on long past the first day, more like the first 8-10 weeks. Makes me want to go back for a tune-up :)

  • Comment removed

  • @BigTex0308 I just contacted a marine recruiter he said that boot camp is very very dificult and is like walking throught hell . so my question is that can the drill sergants punch you in the face if nessercery ?

  • @Archerpyro

No, they won't punch you, but they will yell at you and push you around a little

  • @Archerpyro In all honesty, yes, Marine boot camp is VERY difficult. It's not only difficult physically, however...you do see a lot of the mental strain that is placed on you in this and other videos. The drill instructors are not "supposed" to punch you. I hear over the last several years, they are not supposed to even touch you, along with other things they are not supposed to do, thanks to people that couldn't handle the pressure. Did I get punched in the face? Yes I did.

  • @Archerpyro I also got kicked in the face with a combat boot, thrown into a wall, and still haven't figured out how one of my Drill Instructors threw me through a rack (my bed). He wasn't physically any bigger than me, but holy hell, he was strong. Do I regret any of it? Absolutely not. It made me stronger, it made me the Marine I was supposed to be.

  • @Archerpyro I would just go there keeping in mind that there are things that "could" happen, but I wouldn't go expecting it to happen. I don't know if you've seen a video (if there are any of this), but make sure at all times, at all costs, you remain at least one arm's distance away from your DI. If you ever find yourself within that one arm's distance, that's when things can happen.

  • @BigTex0308 Eh , i kidna didnt understand that part buddy. If you can inbox me so we dont have a conversation on this video .

  • @BigTex0308 do you just stand there till your given orders?

  • @omartor8 Well, yes and no. Yes, you await orders to do pretty much anything and everything, but there's also not a whole lot of just standing around. If you're just standing online (as these recruits are in the video in the squad bay) for more than just a few minutes, I think I'd start getting nervous. That's when the painful things happen.

  • @BigTex0308 what do you mean by start getting nervous? like you should probaly start doing something instead of just standing there? and my other question is do the DI actually beat you like you know how in full metal jacket the DI choked him or in jar head how head slammed his head stuff like that..

  • @omartor8 No, in basic you should never go and do something on your own. Always ALWAYS await orders, even if you need to go to the bathroom. All I can tell you on the second question is the Drill Instructors "aren't supposed to touch you." There is a certain zone being within one arm's length from them, that if one were to enter this zone, all bets are off. Some crazy/stupid recruits might actually try to take a DI down...being within this one arm's distance, the DI likely will go on the defense

  • @BigTex0308 so can you ask for permission if you gotta go take dump or something?? stuff like that?

ohh then ok then that was a one concern.

  • @omartor8 you can always ask, but there's never any guarantee they'll let you go when you want to go. Most times there's not any problem though...unless one just loves to get on the Drill Instructor's bad side

  • @BigTex0308 sounds intense.so its most likely recommended before go in that your shape already huh so that you wont die easily

  • @BigTex0308 Also If it is in accordance with escalation of force, they can lay hands on you to protect yourself and/or others from serious harm.

  • @1Mafioso4 They're training these recruits to become United States Marines. In case you don't know the Marines are the most hard core of the US military. That's why they're doing this

  • @AC130EMPYREAL I know the marines are tough trust me i know, i come from a marine corps family and i'm a marine corps poolee my self, you didnt really answer my question, let me rephrase, what is the purpose of throwing out all their belongings? what lesson are they trying to teach?

  • @1Mafioso4 good job man Im a poolee as well. They're doing this and going so crazy because they are purposely trying to stress you out and make you feel like you have no control. They do this because in the Marine Corps you still need to be able to take orders under stress and adapt to stressful situations. This is specifically designed to keep the recruits focused for future combat. It is shown that Marines actually have the lowest stress rate in combat and therefore are more effective and hard

  • @AC130EMPYREAL Awesome, :) thanks bro, Semper Fi

  • @1Mafioso4 no problem brother let's kick ass in the Corps!

  • Im 36 and have done a lot of different training in my life since I went through bootcamp at 18. Aside from various military courses, Ive gone through Firefighter, EMT, and Paramedic school and plenty of advanced EMS courses. I consider the Marine Corps Drill Instructors I encountered at Parris Island to be the most professional and dedicated teachers I've encountered. They got results and knew how to teach a lot of information in a short amount of time, it wasnt just mindless yelling.

  • there is a reason why they say once a marine always a marine. These recruits have signed up for this. Whatever happens for whatever reason is by there choice, Wether it be making a bed or dressing, whatever simple task complex to simple, the drill instructors are not going to make it easy, they are there to make it absolute hell on earth, you MUST EARN THE RESPECT, its going to be at most HARD way doing so. HOORAH

  • @gammafirebug1 and how brainwashed and close minded they would be, this isnt a univerise filled with war, this is 2011... we arnt barbarians anymore, though they dont deserve respect what you said was pretty arrogant

  • @deathhax and YOU are ignorant. you have no idea what goes on in boot camp. neither do i, but I have respect for the DIs who put themselves through MANY sleepless nights and the recruits who take all of this shit.

It doesn't turn them into brainwashed barbarians you god damn idiot. it turns them into the few good men. you're the brainwashed fuck who gleans the benefits that these heroes give you.

    now shut the FUCK up.

  • @Feared1AJ So in a year of 2011 everyone should learn how to killeachother and go to war with people who are throwing rocks at us? theres a reason were declining as a people and the whole world is going into debt.

  • @deathhax In *the* year of 2011 everyone should learn to respect authority and do what you are called to do - even if that's going to war. If you don't like it, don't join, but then don't bash people who choose to do it for YOUR sake. It just so happens that Americans who have killed people have done so for YOUR FREEDOM. You are FREE to speak out against them, but why the hell you would want to is beyond me.

As for the rocks, they're called IED's, and they can fuck you up.

    Educate yourself.

  • @Feared1AJ its people like you who dont listen, THEY HAVENT PROTECTED OUR FREEDOM SINCE WORLD WAR 2, that any better? and youre sayign killing civilians is neccesary? ya ok

  • @deathhax I told you to educate yourself. You still haven't. That's why you're ignorant.

Marines are not law enforcement. They do not arrest people. They kill people. If they didn't, then America would not exist. Marines who intentionally kill unarmed civilians knowing that they are not terrorists do not deserve the title of "Marine," which is why it was taken away from them.

When you can't tell a difference between a civilian and the enemy, the rules change. This is war, not petty crime.

  • @longame May I ask? Where and when did you serve? Just curious.

  • I can't believe that 0_o

  • The German Wehrmacht was the most effective warmachine in history, this is proofed. They were well and hard trained and even drilled but i promise,if a german drill sergeant would do THIS to his men,he has to take care of his ass in battle by himself. Authority is not a question of yelling to somebody. It´s a question of personality.

  • @bernisweltredsun I would disagree. I would say the Roman legion was in fact the most effective war machine in history. I really believe they were the first true war machine. With the total encompassing power of economy, technology, manpower, strategy, adaptability, and logistics they were unmatched. The Mongols were an amazing powerhouse of war as well. Fighting much of the world at the same time, and even winning most of the time. The Wehrmacht lost steam in a short time.

  • @bernisweltredsun The yelling that a Marine Drill Instructor does is absolutely not a show of his personality, it is to begin a recruit in the journey to be able to function in and through the "fog of war". Being able to make quick decisions and continuing to function under extreme stress and duress is part of being a Marine.

  • Goddamn right RAH.

  • Whoever called me a faggot cause of my name.. the name comes from the movie underdog, johnny true love (one of the biggest dealers of the time), second i am 19, third i work at a gym and i weigh 137 and can bench press 205 for 2 reps. thats 70 pounds over my body weight. idc if you dont believe me, it really doesnt phase me, just thought we could get the facts strait.

  • @camytru3love

    Dude you're funny lol.

  • the drill sergeants must be women because they are all ways moody bitchs

  • freaks !

  • ship date november 14, anyone else?
