we just made them on the weekend too! if you don't add too much milk they are so thick and fluffy. we have a few new recipes coming up but we have been so busy at school it has been hard to find the time to get another recipe on here...sooon we promise. have fun in the kitchen!

I made these pancakes for my family and they loved them and I even made some extra batches of dry ingredients, put them in ziplock , labelled them with the liquid ingredients needed, so next time it'll go much quicker. It's like having my own box of pancake mix .... except without chemicals. Thanks soooooo much Lilly!!!! H.
What a great idea!!! You could even make some packages up to take camping, to the cottage or to give to your kids when they go away to school. We agree...so much better than the stuff in a box! Way healthier too!!!
