the rocks look like the 64 bit Far Cry 1 for the PC- very interesting, and no this water is no where close to the fidelity of the water in Crysis, its not even 1/100th of the sophistication and techniques used in the water of Crysis. Thats not to say it doesn't look half way decent and is a nice attempt.

Once the water extends, it retreats too much. In reality, it kind of half sinks into the sand and retreats a bit, but sinks into the sand the moment it starts retreating.
Just fade the white on the retreat more...?
