  • the best way to learn is to go above and beyond man and i commend you for your efforts...its like riding a bike if you never do it then you will never be able to...if you never play malmsteen then you will never get better at playing malmsteen..sorry for the redundancy but thats the way life is..you will eventually get it if you keep going over the same material..and PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE...and by the way amazing vibrato and bends man keep up the good work

  • playback 100%

  • @urssglory lol that's a first :D

  • too much delay.. need more practice.. however you did well on some parts of the song.. but still if you've been playing for 12 years and thats all you got! you must be slow or some shit.. i hate to be the one to break it down to you.. anyway i checked your latest video as well and it makes me sad to say that you got worst.. your still trying to do more than you can.. anyway Rock on

  • @weeedmonster Thank you for you honest feedback.

  • @adelRestom love the spirit.. keep it up

  • @weeedmonster your*

  • great man!! very nice...keep up the good work!

  • u playing so wrong, passing some malmsteen tricks but thyr made that song awesome

  • @soullitude Well, that's what makes Malmsteen a great guitarist; I just try to play the music that I like in the best way that I can :-]

  • @adelRestom great efford m8, im just sayin u allready givin ur time to this song, u can do better with a little more time with tricks, tapping notes e.t.c.

    congrats anyway...

  • How long have you been playing? And it's great, good job!

  • @MagusGod Nearly 12 years, but the first three years I played classic guitar. Thanx for the comment :-]

  • great playing dude ;)

  • great job!

  • Very good guitar playing. I have the same guitar and was thinking of to change just the pickups, because i really like Ibanez guitars, escpecially the neck. I thought of a tone zone or a x2n in the bridge and Air Norton or paf pro in the neck. I play mostly metal, what would you suggest? Cheers.

  • fake and gay

  • @HalfEatenDimSim: Thanx, it takes one to recognize one...keep on rocking :-]

  • @adelRestom Only messing with you dude. Great work and nice looking ax. I have a Jackson in the same colour.

  • well, just that yngwie, so much strings vibrate in his bends, it is only if you do really sounds like him

  • i have the same guitar, i loved it untill i fucked up the bridge

  • still use edge III tremolo?

  • awsome

  • that was very good man i didnt know yngwie played slow lol

  • What amp do you use? How do you like your Zoom G9.2tt ??

  • great cover man

  • Sounds great!

I was thinking of getting the same pickups except no middle pickup.

    Do you like those pickups?

    Do you recommend?

  • Yes I do, but if you're thinking of getting a X2N you should have a middle pickup for playing clean, the X2N has a very high gain, and it gives you a slight overdrive even if your patch is clean.

  • I bought X2N for my single PU custom guitar

I built that guitar for pure metal, (i have another one fore clean)

X2N will give me a good metal sound am i right?

  • awesome playing man! do you know if there is a big difference between this guitar and RG1570? im lefthanded and those 2 are the few options i have.

  • Sorry about the late reply. I don't know the difference between these 2 models, but I like how my guitar sounds :-)

  • no problem, yeah it sounds great! :)

  • u shud have respected the solo from 2:06 uptil 2:20 and not play anything :P ..... but ur ok ;)

  • woow you really are good.

i didnt know we had talented ppl like that in syria.

    lool :P

  • this is the first vid i've seen where the x2n sounds good.

  • If you want to hear the X2n in action on a real record, check out the album "paradise lost" by symphony x, he get's a nice sound there

  • heh, im jealous of your guitar ;)

    i loovre this song... <3

  • nice hair.

  • wow.. im in love again.. wink wink! ;)

  • great playing, could go easier on the reverb, but that ibanez looks kind of out of place in your room :P

    are you in the army?

  • Thanx...well I'm a tidy metal head (rare species) :p

I'm not in the army; I'm a software developer :-)

  • very nice :)

  • I really like the tone you're getting. A little heavy on the reverb for my personal taste but nice tone and nice playing on your nice Ibanez.

  • hey my mate is selling this guitar on ebay for cheap he's only had it two months and has hardly used it.

    type in RG370DX on ebay

  • Username?

  • Thanx for the tip; as for the X2N I love it but you should consider a middle pickup, because this one is too "gainy" for a clean sound.

  • Nice playing, but I think you should turn the effects down a bit. What do you think of the x2n? I'm getting one myself...

  • is that really an RG370DX ? i haven't ever seen a silver metallic paintjob on them before... it's really close to the RG2570 if you ask me, apart form the pickup frames and the sharktooth inlays that are different on it... well, pretty swell looking none the less :) is the standard pickups in the Rg370 really that crap that you needed to change them all? pretty nice playing anyhow :) 4 stars :)

  • Actually the standard pickups are pretty good, but I wanted to change them anyway :D

  • heh well that sounds good :) maybe i'll reconsider then :) might get me a white RG350dx =) or something else fun, got the RG770DX Re-Issue coming in ;)

  • hey, is this guitar the same as the RG370DXGP1? cuz i just got that guitar and its SWEET. oh, and are they like the same as an rg350dx because they have the same pups, trem, neck and all

  • i own both rg2570(2006 model)and another ibanez with same pickup that are in the rg370,they are not too bad,to my ear, until you plug the guitars into a professional amp theres no much difference(i use them on a laney 15watt)plugged into the amp of my teacher(an all valve laney head)the difference in response is huge,di marzio/ibz on the rg2570 are definitely better

  • what amp are you using?

  • It's a Chinese combo; the brand is: Sound King.

  • a loooooottttt loooottt of delay dude the italian dude is rigth

  • Nice job and nice guitar. Sounds great. I tried the x2n on one of my Washburn MGs. It had a little too much gain for my personal taste. I have a Tone Zone in one and a Seymour Duncan Trembucker (PA-TB1) in the other. The PA-TB1 sounds amazing. If you're ever looking for another pickup, try the PA-TB1. They have a PA-TB2 distortion model if you need more gain. Great pickups.

  • non si capisce un cazzo leva un pò di delay

  • Hey nice guitar and good playing, wich model?

  • Ibanez RG370DX

  • a beautiful guitar dude !!

  • what's that on the 4th fret??

  • I had like a scratch on the fret board, so I had a custom "Alien Head" inlay made on it; but it looks like a guitar pick from afar :p

  • I got a good idea.

    Just scallop the frets :p

  • Nice playing dude. But... your rooms a mess, I mean come on! Clean it up a little eh?

  • nice playing man oi wat type of guitar is that

  • good job man! heh for some reason you remind me of rzk

  • Who's rzk?

  • rzk = richard z kruspe. he's the founder and guitarist for rammstein, although he only plays power chords in their songs lol.

  • nice playing but I sense a lack in feeling..

  • After 40 takes you become kinda' numb hehe

  • but,,, and the middle? :( area 58 .....

  • awesome

  • nice playing... is this guitar good for like pop/blues/little bit of metal?? most likely change the pickups like this guy when i get better but is it a good guitar for my ideal type of music?

  • x2n was used by the guy who first began death metal. if your amp is set right, you can get a chunky very deep good distortion.

if you want to hear it just type in Death la and pick a song. very awesome sound

  • how much for the guitar stock?? AU$

  • well the ibanez s prestige comes with dimarzio pickups and it is a great guitar to play, its just so light and the necks really fast

  • what mixer do you use

  • i was thinking on getting an ibanez in a few months, i like to play stuff like vai, any suggestions, by the way loved the cover!

  • Hm, well Vai uses mostly Alder and Basswood bodied guitars, so really any mid or high grade RG will do you good. In my opinion however, no ibanez are really good stock, your gonna probably end up changing the pickups or something anyway, but any RG350 or higher range can be great if you upgrade it.

Vai also uses Dimarzio pickups as a suggestion for upgrades.

  • hey can a zoom g9.2tt be plugged into a mixer for band recording?

  • Yes, it has a Cabinet simulator, you can choose:

1- Cabinet size: small, medium, big.

2- Mic location: center, middle, edge.

    3- Mic type: dynamic, condenser.

  • thank you x 100000! I was pretty sold on getting the x2n but unsure of the Norton. I heard good things but never heard in in action. I now know my new pickup configuration! :)

I also didn't think the x2n could do medium gain stuff like this so cleanly. Thank you!

  • i think the delay is a bit too much in this song.. but still.. u rock!

  • LOL huricane. READ THE DESCRIPTION

  • LMAO!

  • quelle tâche...

bien joué mec, vive la g9 qui fait des sons de tarés ^_^

  • u should try classical music....

  • it is neo-classical

  • X2N & Air Norton rlzzz!!!.... (Y)

  • awesome. you should learn natural hand vibrato instead of the whammy

  • Well, when I'm bending I prefer to use the tremolo so I don't loose the bended note. Thanx for the comment :)

  • good one

    :)

    i love this song
