I've been on Svalbard in 1994, 1995, 1999 and 2003. Damn, I miss it...

It is the norwegian singer Sissel Kyrkjebö. The song is an old traditional tune called "Eg veit i himmerik ei borg (Castle in the Sky). She is also the singer, who was singing the most parts of the soundtrack for "Titanic".
