After watching NaruTaru OP it seems like this OP might be a parody.

My assumptions based off the OP- main characters are children (Possibly annoying) main theme is drama, with sci-fi/fantasy elements. (maybe deals with imagination)

Demographic: Shojo

Blue haired girl is main character and has some bizarre toy/pet/thing that looks like a star.

IMPORTANT PART: it looks kind of interesting, even though it's shojotacular.

Well I guess it threw me off a little... But notas much as this one would.
