to anyone who has not gotten the friends with benefits achievement but have completed all acts. You must go to the very first mission/chapter where you are given the option of training the rook. select the option to train him and complete the training

Free way to get Suicide Missionary.

1. Sign on the profile you want the achievment to be,

2. Turn on your SECOND controller and Sign in to a profile there.

3. Click Coop Campaign and go to Split-Screen.

4. Select an act (Be sure that the host has difficulty on INSANE and the other guy (controller 2) on Casual.

5. Play with the second controller on all acts (Exept for the ones like Act 3 Chapter 1).

That's how I got the Suicide Missionary achievment.
