I do not know where you got yours from. but never buy it off random people online or in the back alley because you never know if it's counterfeit or if it's been tampered with. buy from a real store like Wal-Mart, Future Shop, Best Buy.. anything that is well known and professionally licensed. They wouldn't want a lawsuit filed under their name for fakes xD

This is the best feature of Ipod's ever!!! the problem was the memory. they should make it atleast 30GB. 16 GB is not enough. ive been collecting mp3's with good quality and sumtyms i buys at itunes. Nah i had a 1st gen nano and i think that they went downhill from there. the 3rd gen nano was ok tho. I've got an 80gb classic atm and that does me fine. Wanted the 160gb but i dont need that much storage. Also i think that i'm matue enough not to get ipod jelous!

I disagree, from what I've been hearing there are a few problems with it like it doesn't recharge on a sound system dock for it and the shake feature is actually bad if your running with it because while running it will keep on skipping your music to the next song so it's a bad gimmick if you ask me.

Yes, you can turn off "shake to shuffle" feature. And Apple claimed that if you are jogging it will not shuffle songs, you have to give it a violent shake for it to shuffle, unless if you're jogging up a steep mountain...
