what do you mean with incomplete O_o, there is a newer version out there (now 4 versions), this is the first one, actually i created my own XMB theme, it's a wicked one haha, the neon theme is from april, i was searching for the perfect psp theme, but there was nothing in the net, so i decided to build my own XMB Theme, i will show it soon....
yeah actually i have the most CXMB Themes you can find in the net, but the icons are kinda boring :( there are no CXMB Themes were the icons are in flashing neon, so i decided for this new flashing neon theme and the neon background, its way more cooler then normal CXMB Themes without blinkin' neon icons (now there are three versions of this neon theme haha this one here is the second version, i have a newer one, its more advanced then this one ;))
it's very simple, you dont even have to flash your psp, the background is a neon wallpaper, all the icons are also in neon, first download the neon theme, the page is on the right side if you click on ((More Info))then connect your psp with your computer and put the ((Theme File))in the psp ((THEME)) Folder, now disconnect your psp, go to Settings --> Theme Settings --> Theme and you will finde the neon Theme, the background is easy to finde, go to google and type in Neon or Neon Wallpaper ;)
