Lemon juice always worked for me, but I never really had any stain problems (as of yet). Then I wore some red polish and it sorta stained my skin, and my nails were red-ish too. I remembered watching your video a few days before and thought I'd try the baking soda with the lemon juice. My nails turned super white! It works! I had read about just the baking soda, and just the lemon juice, but never would've thought of combining the two. Thanks again. ;)

I would assume so because so many people recommend it. But, it's something you have to do religiously. You can't just do it once or twice and hope for it to work. :\

Those white spots are caused by either some sort of vitamin deficiency, a bump to the nail (likely) or both. I haven't ever heard of anything that can help that, unfortunately :(

I hope this at least makes your nails a little whiter ^_^

@KiaraMarissa Unfortunately, those little spots are air bubbles between 2 "coats" (for lack of better term) of your nail. They grow out, but I haven't found anything to make them disappear. Most often, they're caused by bumping your hand on something.
