Nice house. Only issue I would have as a buyer would be that open toilet in the master bathroom. Especially given the windowed french doors leading from the master bedroom. The wife isn't going to be too happy when her husband is laying in bed watching her take a dump... :)

Getting it at the right price, granite in the bathroom, walk in closets, killer kitchens, killer baths with seperate walk in shower (i.e. a Roman bath) and tub, tray ceilings DO sell houses!
