I was recently in Japan in November of 2011. I have seen these DVDs when I walked into a DVD shop. Luckly, I can read Japanese. When I looked at the back cover, it clearly says that all actor/actresses are about 18 years of age or older.

Also, in terms of Japan, how about also complaining that RAPE is legal, and seen as a game- they have rape gangs that pride themselves on attacking women and videotaping it for profit.
