  • you were flying an Albatros DIII not a DII

  • Watched it again--Yep, he's a SPAD XIIIC1--I didn't watch him closely before. I'm thinking of getting this game; I used to play Red Baron II a lot. I'm running Windows 7 with AMD Phenom II x6 1035T with 2.60 GHz and 7.75 GB of usable RAM. Do you think it will run on my computer? I want to make sure it'll run without hiccups before I buy the game--Red Baron II had a nasty habit of crashing and was full of bugs!

  • @galoon

it will run, but not at max details (as expected).

I never really had problems with Red Baron II when it came to crashing.

And i finished 2 campaigns, and spend at least 100 hours online.

The biggest problems i had at the end was when using mods, they created a lot of bugs especially in the interface (where the graphics would be completely messed up.

  • @m0j0NL Yes, I had the same problems with bugs when I customized paint schemes and used mods. Probably my old computer was the culprit of a lot of it--my RBII would crash sometimes if I changed the flight roster or even switched from standard to incendiary ammo! I may see if I can upgrade my rig before I try this game--I just got this computer a month ago! I wish there were more WWI games available to us. Thanks for replying!

  • That was a quick and easy kill! What was he, a Sopwith Pup?

  • @galoon

    Thanks for the comment,

    No he`s in a Spad 13 C1
