  • Jonathanallen85, I will posting a new video this month of some other T spine rotation drills that will be good if you have no KBs for this one. the rotation is the prime benefit, it does not need a lot of weight. stay tuned

  • Adam, I tend to feel this more in my lats/upper back. Feels almost like my shoulder is being jammed into my back. Is this what I'm supposed to feel?

    It fits in nicely as both Warm up, cool down, on light days, on heavy days. its uses are many.

  • Tried it this morning before my TGU's, nice stretch, it felt really good.
