Flay's an awesome character. She was just taught to hate Coordinators and war trauma and her fathers death didn't really help her already fragile mental state.

I don't really like the fact that Kira is with Lacus in Destiny because its kinda an insult to Flay's memory. But that's just my personal opinion.

@Reni634 I think she's crying because she hates herself at that point. She just used her body to influence a kind-hearted friend of hers into killing others for the sake of her revenge. She's also mentally and emotionally unstable, still trying to get over the death of her father, and she just got into a pretty serious relationship with someone when her heart and emotions weren't ready. So I think it's a culmination of unhealed mental and emotional scars and hating herself.

I still think one of the best ways to bring the Gundam SEED series back is to bring Fllay back somehow, make her an amazing Gundam pilot of sorts, and make the entire thing a really, really good drama.

everyone hates kira/fllay pairing but i love them together! i felt like kira deserved fllay and fllay deserved kira, i hate lacus...she's too goody goody :P fllay is more of a real person (her emotions and stuff make her like a real person). i can relate to her situation with kira :)

Hey now, I loved Fllay too, but I felt the same as you do, just opposite. I felt Kira and Lacus deserved to be together, Lacus had the one comforting thing that could calm Kira's heart, and point him in the right direction.

Lol, Yes they are! To me, Lacus is a sweet, very kind hearted girl. The only reason she broadcasts herself, is because people believed in her, and it's what she -needed- to do. Now, I don't remember the whole series by heart, so I could be wrong. But Lacus was dressed up to be the icon, or face of the Coordinators. The girl had a lot of responsibility on her hands. That could be why she seemed like the "Look at Meee!" type of person. Anyway, I'm out of letters in... 987654321

I love Flay's character. She was the most human-like character by showing her emotions and true feeling (shes only 15...). Even though she was a bitch, her character was very complex and in depth. And I think she was one of the characters that suffered the most, physcially and mentally,.

People hated Fllay because mostly of this reason: she caused a lot of pain to Kira... but the truth was Kira always liked to help Fllay even though he's in pain for she was his first love.. He never blamed her for anything bad he felt... he only blamed himself. Fllay never seduced Kira... she only done it because she loved him... she thought that the love she's feeling is only fake... not real.. but at the last episode.. it was shown that Fllay apologized and said that he'll always protect Kira.

I found this video well done. I disagree with the choices that Flay made and the harm that they did, but I do grant that one benefit was Kira's ability to enter into SEED mode. Too bad, closure elusive to both souls. I was glad that she did find peace.
