  • are these tapes and panels cuttable and still work with cuts in them?

  • @knightcreature A Light Tape strip can be cut and re sealed anywhere along its length. panels are made to size or cut out shape in the factory and cannot be cut and resealed.

  • Is there anyway you can send this to the us

  • i have a bmx bike and i was wondering if i got this and put it on it for night riding and to make it unique would it be good. i would need the dc thing but is there any really small ones that youa can just take onto a bike frame or something. or can you just hook the tape light straight into a 9v battery. i would need to have 3 dc inverters if it only covers 33inces right. i was just gping to put it on the frame and maybe make a star design in my wheels

  • @killerman402

Have a look at this video -BMX Downhill Rotterdam- on YouTube they used the 9V Dc unit taped to the bike driving Light Tape.

Search Electro-LuminX in Chester VA they make Light tape.

  • @MHDKHMDH57 thx but i watched that before this video. i would need 2 sample kits if i just do my wheels because if you cut it and move the other half of light tape to another spot as in my case the other bike wheel i will need another 9v box thing to power the other half right?

  • @killerman402

We only supply product in the UK you need to contact the US manufacturer, see contact details below.

    Chester, VA 23836 phone: 804.530.8536

    fax: 804.530.1375

  • @MHDKHMDH57 i watched that n thats where i first saw it. but if i get 33 inches of it say i wanted to cut it into four parts could i power all those with just 1 9v inverter box thing....like 2 is going 2 be in one bike wheel and the other two are going to be in the other one. PLZ REPLY thanks

  • The 9V sample unit is driven by a PP3 battery, all the 12V units have pos and neg input wires and require a 12v battery. Most people use a 12v motor bike battery.

  • @MHDKHMDH57 And the DC20?

  • Are your DC Power supplies battery powered? (Such ad AA ,AAA etc.)

  • is there a way to hook it straight up to a car battery?

what item would I need to buy for that?

and do you carry this item?

  • @Frogvent51 You would need one of the DC Power Supplies shown on the video, the following are all 12V and can be connected to a car battery, DC50, DC100, DC150, DC500. The number relates to the area in Square Inches, so a DC50 will drive a 1" wide x 50" long piece of Light Tape or a 1/2" wide x 100" long piece.

  • @MHDKHMDH57 thank you for your fast response, I should be ordering from you when I do.
