@Gar91 I think Reach multiplayer rocks once you get used to it, what I want to know is why they haven't made a descent story since Halo: CE. The books provide so much awesome material yet they don't make any connection with them or even acknowledge any of the events and characters.

I'm talking about the soulless audio from Halo 3. Everything in this game is just a shade from what has been presented in the great trailers and commercials. Even music is not as epic as it could be. I just don't get it, that's all and that is my honest opinion. I'm not against you loving the Halo. I 'm against the Halo itself. That's all ;-)

The gameplay is dull and boring (what about the guns that feel like waterguns?), even if story has a great potential, it's presentation is far below from being good - add amazingly bad audio, bad directing and dull dialogues and you get one of the most wasted potentials of our times.

I hope Reach will make the series rise from it's ashes.

Halo has amazing guns that are loved by all xbox owners and the which game has the bad audio? cant be halo 3 it has great audio, if your talking about halo ce than ya it has bad audio cuz it was made almost 10 years ago. and halo cant rise from the ashes because it was never there.

I think I fell more in love with Halo 3s advertising than the actual game. This is a thing of pure beauty: the slow orchestral opening, chief emerging through the smoke, the keyboard flourish, onto the Ark, the Halo theme build up, then that final trumpet call... Awesome...
