  • Who wants to be on the wrong side of history? I watched 2-3 videos and thought this was pretty good unbiased, funny coverage and then I heard that and realized... this is just more of the same, albeit a little better. Keep it up, kid. (You're older than me but I can still say that.)

  • Barack is steady as he goes....Tuesday, Tuesday, Tuesday.....Down to 2 points in Ohio, and he's up 6 points in Texas !

  • hmm...did you perhaps make an inappropriate out-joke that had to be cut at the last second? :-p

  • About your verbage..

Is not the nomination "history" either way?

A black or a woman President would be a first (And perhaps long time in coming).

    Thoughts?

  • "O-U-T out"? Bloomberg was never "I-N in"...

And "east coast yuppies" hate Bloomberg. It's the "left coast geezers" who adore him.

  • With regard to scene splicing, I think that was the first non-seamless show I've seen (or maybe you've tricked me before). I was so surprised to see that splicing right before the "Right here, on Playbook TV" Shame, shame. =)

  • I love the way the GOP commits political suicide. Back in the mid-nineties they decided that maybe their old "Southern Strategy" wasn't working for them anymore. They would have to reach out to Blacks, Hispanics, and Arab Muslims on "faith based" issues. They never made much progress with Blacks, but they won Hispanic and Arab Muslim voters. These days, however, they are doing their level best to alienate both Muslims and Hispanics. Good luck with that as the GOP becomes a permanent minority.

  • no jokes?? :(

  • I always show up a half hour "late" to parties.

And I thought John Lewis switched a long time ago...

Java-Clinton won Massachusetts by 15 points-why aren't you calling for Sens. Kennedy and Kerry to switch their allegiance? Lewis didn't "have" to switch, he just wanted to. It's just wrong for blacks to feel "obligated" to support Obama just because he's black. Can't we move beyond politics like this? That's supposedly what Obama's candidacy is all about.

  • No one would complain about his middle name unless they themselves felt it was an issue. How hypocritical. People use Hillary's middle name... why should Obama be treated any different?

  • "Rodham" is Hillary's maiden name - not her middle name. At some point during her husband's 1st term, she requested reporters to use "Rodham Clinton" rather than just "Clinton".

  • James, I just wanted to let you know that ever since the shooting at my school two weeks ago and I had to turn off CNN, your channel has been my primary political news source. You're doing a great job!

  • Good Shot! We have bigger problems with Obama's views than his name!

Lewis is a turncoat - while I know his history with civil rights is impressive, if he truly was close to the Clintons, and has seen all of their contribution, he should have stuck by his guns! - He knows that the Clintons have spent years of support for Racial equality and human rights. That is just wrong! Obama is just not experienced enough as evidenced by his answers - I am for McCain!

  • Sorry Sparkles, but Lewis own district voted for Obama, and all the Superdelegates are feeling the heat of the voters to vote the way their district voted. As for Obama not being experienced "based on his answers" all I can say is you're apparently not watching the same debates as the rest of America.

  • May The Force Be With You James!

  • Where was Hillary when I was getting $0.50/week allowance and my peers were getting between $2 and $5. Poor me had to compile verified data from 10 peers and lobby the parentals with out any presidential support.

Or, am I interpreting this wrong and she's planning on repealing child labour laws so children can generate their own wealth?

  • I'm actually a little impressed with how mainstream Republicans haven't pushed the Hussein thing.

Maybe it was a quid pro quo for us pronouncing John Boehner right.

  • haha, you said boner!

  • I'd like to believe that most Republicans have at least a small amount of class.

  • you missed the bit about what ou would or wouldn't do 'right here on playbook tv'

    hmm...!

  • Bit of a brutal cut at the end there, what was that about?

  • I agree there were two cuts at the end, the second one was really bad. kinda weird.
