You really dont need food to live, just a dedicated routine of circulation management via weights, cardio, qi gong, yoga, breathing rhythmically, etc. All food does is create mass. If you dont believe me look at my videos. Check out Jericho Sunfire he is a personal trainer doesnt eat anything or even drink...look up a guy called "Nature Love" he eats one salad a day and is jacked. Meat and highly toxic foods just make the body retain water and look massive, its NOT muscle. Wake up people.
Hi Evilcyber, got a link to your youtube page on the scooby site just wanted to say thank you very much for your videos especially this one, its really helped me understand how the proteins work (being a techy nut i HAVE to know how things work :P) im currently in the process of watching your other videos at the moment and can't wait for part 2 :D
@XXBurningAngel2XX Heah Angel, I'm glad this helped and thanks for the kind word! Just had to squeeze in that planks video, so it can go together with Scooby's, but protein part 2 will come in the next days! :)
just wanted to add that mushrooms are a good option for a vegetarian :)
don't ya hate it when you say your taking a protein supplement, or you have a high protein diet and people stare at you and react as if you said your on steroids ? XD
@xenonnati Yep, there are a lot of misconceptions out there. I wonder what will happen if I ever try to get protein powder through customs: "What is that?" "Protein powder." "Ah, drugs!" ;)
very nice video thanks. as for me i get the most protein from bulgur and lentils then it is followed by beans and fish and i am making results but it is always good to know the mechanics behind :) i now remembered my biology lessons back in high school
yeah i was waiting about soy; it's a complete protein but apparently it raises estrogen levels, or some scientific evidence suggests. but either way, very informative! learned a lot, had a good laugh in the last few dozen seconds. :)
@michaelzwarszawy Well, if you suddenly get the urge to shop at Victoria's Secret you know that you either a) have a hot girlfriend or b) something *is* wrong with the soy ;)
Is he saying prodin
? lol

I was drinking soy milk right when you got to the part about the research that might have found a link with testosterone loss.
I proceeded to finish the glass because it is delicious.

@canvargun Oh yes, bulgur makes a nutritious meal! It indeed has quite some protein and a lot of fiber and minerals.
One of these days you should add a recipe for kisir salad to our recipe section! :)
