  • LOL, African accent :)

  • Mwangi..of course your information is wrong..Iceland is missing...lack of money is the hindrance...not skills...there are experts all over the world..we can hire them...and we are sitting on Gold...we shouldnt waste time with coal or wind power stations..just get the stuff from the ground...unfortunately corrupt government elements own the diesel power plants and will want to sell us their expensive power..hence the block/slow down new developements

  • We have potential in resources but we lack the brains and corruption is also a hinderance

  • ...with all this high potential...our experts claim they cannot exploit it coz of what?...eti lack of experts...oh my God...highly skilled labour?...and what do they do at KPLC training school....

  • Geothermal resources are rare and what we have in Kenya is such a high potential we are sitting on. Why can't we hire an Italian or German company to build the stations then they get paid xx% of the revenue, and we get yy% from users. Right now we pay so much for electricity in Kenya coz of using diesel-generated thermal energy, ehich is not reasonable when you have such potential

  • Poor Mwangi holding your microphone tight with both hands. Don't worry, Ruto won't snatch it for a weapon.

  • Kenya IS NOT the sixth largest producer of geothermal energy. More like 12th worldwide but 1st in Africa in front of Ethiopia the only other Geothermal energy player on the continent.
