I admit anberlin's new album dark is a way light is place isn't to great. but if you compared that album to "citys" or previous albums before that album. you'd be blown away by how meaning full stephen christian writes.

@stichguy I'm 17, and have been in love with anberlin since I was 14. :) You probably think I'm going to complain at you for making a generalised comment, but I totally agree with you! So many of my friends would rather listen to dupstep than Anberlin, and my friends that do listen to Abnerlin find the lyrics challenging, uplifting and relevant, and say the music's really well made, written and performed! I don't know why kid's prefer garbage, but only the cool people like anberlin, eh? :)
