  • If it was that easy I'd be Christian Bale in "The Machinist" skinny, right now

  • Eat fresh whole foods, and disreguard Marketing Gimmicks.Milk is one of the most nutritional foods on this planet as is meat.stupidity and laziness are also quite abundant, along with ignorance wrapped in the guise of healthful eating.

  • @chefbillgreen well maybe not milk you find in the supermarkets today, have a look around for RAW milk , thats unpasturized and un homogonised! soooo much better for you cos all the goodness in the milk wasnt killed off :) i have a litre of it post workout!

  • great vid

  • haha awesome!

  • My advice? Electric carts should 'detect' junk food and whenever junk food is added to them, they automatically power off.

Or better, electric carts are meant for disabled--so if a fat people sits on them, they should electric shock those fat people out of the way.

  • That label is actually on products at stores? Gonna have to keep my eyes open now.

  • its expensive and cost 1 to 3 hundered more per month this leads to lots of people mad at paelo eaters because if all americans ate like this the cost would be upwards of 1 trillion dollars per year and thats their tax money your eating up, just ask them. they are mad you dont eat the cattle diet.

  • LOOL I love this commercial. ACNE was the fist thing to go when I went totally Paleo. THANK GOD FOR Dr. Cordain :D

  • @FemmeBleu Me too and the next thing to go was 75 lbs of fat. Paleo transformed my life. Also thanks to Robb Wolf and Mark Sisson.

  • Vegan and Vegetarianism are stupid, cruel lies invented by asshole, over-idealistic hippie socialists. Humans are not evolved (rcreated) to eat only veggies. Gorillas, chips and bonbos eat animal meat, eggs, insects and more to varying degrees.. Go to beyondveg to read the research. I personally have experianced what it's like to live on a vegetarian diet, and it made me horribly sick and weak. It's no suprise we're seeing more and more ex-vegan and veggitarians each day. It's just unhealthy.

  • @Nowhereman10 Yep. I used to be a vegetarian and it almost killed me!

  • @karinachabela Tell me about it, though I did not get to the "almost killed" part, just very sick and weak stage. Every time I encounter a vegetarian, like one guy who used to hang out with my gaming group, was very skinny, short, weak, pale white complexion, rarely got up to move around, and out have bizzare outbursts and other erratic behavior. I don't know what happened to him, because about after 6 months and failing to convert us to veganism, he left to go back home in New Mexico.

  • @karinachabela haha rob wolf style :P

  • funny shit but true!

  • Comment removed

  • Excellent and very funny video and so true. Just go to the grocery store and look at the people and then look at what they are checking out with. I also did the other crap diets: vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, and even raw vegan and could no understand why I was always tired and easily got sick. I have heard of a lot of vegetarians switching to the Paleo Diet, but know of no one going back the other way.

  • There are always exeptions to the rule,

All the same so does a former head of the Dutch vegan society and he's still a vegan and doing well, any diet is hard when you have Celiac's Disease.

  • @Ineke210000 "any" is a blanket statement. I have celiac's and paleo is verry easy, simpley because it doesnt include things that harm me.

  • Then what did you eat that it nearly cost your life?. or did you sport intensly, use drugs, smoke, or alcohol?

  • @Ineke210000

Hahaha why would you even ask that? Sounds like a very pre-judgemental question. No I was a "health freak" and I took care of my body to the best of my knowledge so I didn't drink or smoke and I was a vegetarian. What happened was my body stopped taking nutrients from my food at all, and I had become so anemic that I was in danger of losing my feet and my legs. I have Celiac's Disease.

  • @karinachabela I never got into a life or death situation, but I had a boatload of stress injuries and digestive problems when I was vegan. I always swore it was from eating "hard to digest" foods, but looking back it was more likely a lack of saturated fat to convert into bile...

  • True health and wisdom comes forth from compassion.

    Go vegan!

  • @Ineke210000 How does eating an experimental diet lead to better health?

  • @OneJahSouljah You're kidding, right?

This diet has been around for millions of years. That's the longest experiment I ever heard of!

  • @Ineke210000 Paleo is a far from vegan. We are conscious omnivores.

  • @karinachabela

Unbelievable that there are still people who choose for useless cruelty, i think if you're really conscious you can't be eating meat anymore, or if you don't eat animals you will become really conscious, and see that life's better without animal products, i say it all not to insult you or anything but as a true meant advice, of cause you're free to choose what you want to choose.

  • @Ineke210000 I can understand your viewpoint, because I was once a vegetarian. However, this lifestyle almost cost me my life. For me, the only reason I am living, breathing, and typing this up to you now is because eating animal protein saved my life. If I could live a healthy life without eating animals, that would have been the path I would have chosen.

  • @Ineke210000 If you are eating vegetarian diet then you are responsible for the deaths of many more animals than you may realize. Ask any farmer how many ground dwelling mammals get killed when he clears a field for planting, Or ask an apple orchard farmer how animals he kills to protect his crops. If you eat one pasture raised cow, then you are responsible for one animal's death, if you eat a vegetarian or grain based diet, then you are responsible for the death of dozens.

  • @sclaysdharma Couldn't agree more, every vegetarian/vegan needs to realize this...

  • @frodosauce yea, sometimes I think most people are so removed from their food sources, they have no clue what it takes to get it to the grocery store. I personally drive to a ranch to get my beef and eggs and buy locally grown produce as well as grow some myself.

  • @sclaysdharma Yeah, I used to be a vegan but then I finally realized what you said in the first sentence. I still do enjoy exotic fruits and what not occasionally, but now I eat much more locally grown if possible.

  • @frodosauce The thing is that depending on where a particular group of humans hailed from, fruits were not found in abundance. An extreme example of this are the Inuit (Eskimos), who did not eat any but meat for about 6 months of the year, and got vitamin C from whaleskin and Vitamin D from eating liver. It's a seasonal thing to be able to eat certain veggies and fruits. Now modern convinences allow us to eat a wide variety of such foods all year round.

  • @frodosauce Pretty smart for a video game dude. If I had gotten on the Paleo diet when I was you age, I would have been a beast! And I would have missed out on all the colds, flus, gum disease, etc. which I no longer get of have since going Paleo about 8 months ago. I am just starting to post some of the training I do now. Some stuff I could never do before; even at your age.

  • @Ineke210000 humans have eaten meat since the dawn of time, no tribe in the history of man has thrived on a vegan diet. Veganism is experimental. I agree tho about the cruelty of animals, but its a cruel world.

  • @jungledrumnbass4ever

The worled is so cruel because people hurt defenceless animals to use them as food, people and animals have a soul, it's the soul that suffers. plants don't.

  • @Ineke210000 most life on this planet take life in order to survive, all part of the food chain. I beleive we need to eat animals but at least kill them in there natural state not farm them, but times have changed.

we are animals also. look how violent nature is, its just the way things are

  • Spis som en stenaldermand

  • @karinachabela finnes det sånne paleo butikker i danmark?

  • Hahaha! Awesome!

  • for some reason your request for this to be a video response to my paleo in a nutshell video did not get into my inbox, but did get to my email.... please re-request if you want.
