I only have a little pole at my house... I've been trying to figure stuff out for about a month now... it would probably make a funny outtake video if I posted... How long did it take you to get to the point where you could do all that comfortably?
I can never seem to do anything in static mode.. people are right about the pole being very grippy.. maybe TOO grippy. its only good for spin mode. :( I was kind of disappointed.
WOW! Girl, I actually don't like pole dancing because the girls that do that are not really good dancers, and they're not in good shape, and also, their customes normally look some vulgar. But I don't know how you doit but your beauty and sense of aesthetics, and your shape and dance abilities =O... YOU'RE REALLY SOOO CUTE!!! XD
Hi Veena, Iv just got into Poledancing for fitness and confidence (my other half loves it too) but I have not been able to get a good work-out in over a year and now I feel flabby and my skin feels lose. Do u have any advice on toning and core strength exercises before I hurt myself? I want to take things slow on the pole to avoid injuries but I am determined to get this right
I have strength training moves to work your whole body in my online lessons on studio veena. These are a great start! Also check out my ITY exercise I have posted...these are great for protecting your shoulders.
i actually like this angle, because it's easier to see the placement of your arm/leg/ect when you're trying to do moves. we can get the total view in the mirror, but than we can also get a "close-up". 8)
Veena, sorry if I sound like a total perv, but this vid was shot at the perfect angle! I think I can safely say we all like closer vids rather than far away just because it looks more... idk how to say... maybe more personal? NEway, effin great vid!
I was surprised to see that you still get bruises on your legs and that your shoulders still get red. You are not normally shot this close so I never noticed before.
I like the bow and arrow variation around 2 minutes, I'm afraid of letting go of one hand! Fun boots :) I like the music too! Good thing you have a nice butt, lol ;)
You are right the boots kept sticking together, you could hear them. They are cute tho! LOL, I think this is a great view because the mirror lets us see everything you are doing. The height is amazing. Is this your xpole? You have 12' ceilings in your room? Anywho, you look great!
WOW!! Over the top and straight to my favorites! I loved the atttitude and style of this video--all power, strength, and a little bit of punk! Lots of technical stuff intigued me here, too. At exactly 1:49 I saw an interesting opportunity for a RIGHT to LEFT Brass Monkey Switch--and for a minute thoght that's where you might be going That whole combo was brilliant as it was, however. You just cast a spell with that long, languid climb up the 12 footer at2:40. Such a seemingly simple move..cont'd
but loaded with the power and grace of a woman at the peak of her powers! Now, at 7:04 exactly--a fleeting transitional move, hands supporting hooked legs. Something like the streetsweeper or near to the Eros, but passing qucikly to the next part of the combo. What was it? In your 7:16 floor invert, I finally see what Jamiila means by "shoulders engaged"--I have nothing nearly like that well developed anatomy. Time to do some more "I T Y" lifts again, LOL! 8:20 revolving airwalk--brilliant!
I don't know what that would be called I just kinda did it..lol I Never have a routine planed....since I've never been a dancer I have a difficult time with routines, I dance how ever I feel the music should be expressed. So it tends to be very organic.
No problem..sometimes I see moves from a different angle and then I'm not sure if it's the same thing anyway, LOL! I'm thinking the "official" EROS is any given leg hooked like the Brass, stomach down and supported by the (opposite, I think) hand. The other hand reaches out and forward. Boomloulou calls this move the FLIGHT ATTENDANT--and it does have a bizzare resemblance to a flight attendant chasing a cart down the aisle of an airplane, LOL! Karol has a demo somewhere in her sampler...
It's so hard to believe you just had a baby. Your looking great. As for you bottoms. I was too busy watching you dance. If people are here for your bottoms they are here for the wrong thing. Thanks for shareing. You are one of my favs.
i love how u have the angle. its very artistic an i wish i had a 12 foot pole damnit, lol. great outfit. i loved the dance. i dont know why but there something about being on a very tall pole that makes you feel more empowering an sexy..more moves to do too before you get to the floor. lol
To get back into poling after I had my 4th baby I started with....2 weeks of just strength training, to prevent injury by building up my strength. Now I only pole dance about 3-4 days a week. For 30 min to 2 hrs just depends. I'll go back to strength training if I need to.
Woo I got a shoutout haha. Your aerial combo at the beginning was fabulous!!! Oh also I think I saw something shiny and round fall out of your bikini bottoms...you really should keep an eye on those, I'm not sure if everyone wants to see them.....haha! xoxoxo
you have great legs, love the boots too. I never knew this subculture existed, i'm glad it does. great job sexy keep it up.
