Football: UW has won 3 Rose Bowls since 1993-94, finished ranked in the top 10 in both of the last two years, and consistently has one of the top O-lines in the country. U of M? Any home game they have against an opponent within driving range becomes a neutral site game because of how weak Gopher Football crowds are (in part because the aforementioned awfulness of Gopher Football).
