What the heck is this? As a Thai who trains muay thai I am shocked at the level of McDojo in America. Jeez, I don't want Muay Thai to be like McKarate. Why every one has to do this prayer position? Do the teacher even understand the meaning of this? The prayer is done to show respect to the teacher or sacred stuff. This's stupid.

Ajarn Rex!!! He gave me a good body shot one time when we were sparring and I couldn't breathe and went down... I thought he was an old man!! Thai boxing consists of the qualities of Obedience, Genuine knowledge, Courage, Endurance, Patience, Compassion, Gratitude, and Honesty. I will live my life by these principles of a Champion, to bring honor to myself, my family, my school, my teachers and the art of the Muay Thai.
