With all due respect to Panos who is very cute and charming, I don't like the inch of silt at the bottom of the demitasse either. I haven't tried coffee with cardamom, Yezekiel, but I like the spice, so I'm sure I would. I made some coffee that everyone liked by adding some cinnamon.
